DAMPER STRUCTURE
Disclosed is a damper structure in contact with a connection unit for coupling a first coupling structure part and a second coupling structure part, including a damper part formed of an elastic material and at least one fixing part coupled to at least one surface of the damper part and protruding outward, and coming into contact with the connection unit and moving toward the damper part by pressure applied by the connection unit when the connection unit is separated or fastened.
WEAR MEMBER
A wear member comprising: a housing defining a passageway therethrough and having a longitudinal axis, the housing comprising a housing cavity formed therein, fully recessed from an inner surface of the housing, and opening into the passageway; an insert slidably located within the passageway and defining a longitudinal clearance between the inner surface of the housing and the insert, the insert comprising an insert cavity formed therein, fully recessed from an outer surface of the insert and opening into the passageway; brazing material filling the longitudinal clearance and extending transversely to the longitudinal axis into the housing cavity and insert cavity to provide an axially resistive force against axial movement of the insert relative to the housing in addition to any bonding of the brazing material to the insert and the housing.
EDGE PLATE REMOVAL SYSTEM
An edge plate removal system includes a frame, a set of alignment rods attached to the frame, a set of clamping assemblies attached to the frame, a handle attached to the frame, and a set of lift points attached to the frame. Each alignment rod, of the set of alignment rods, is configured to be inserted into a bore of an edge plate (e.g., a cutting edge) of an implement (e.g., a blade) of a machine. Each clamping assembly, of the set of clamping assemblies, is configured to clamp the edge plate and includes a first clamp and a second clamp, a clamp rod, a set of retention nuts, and a set of tightening nuts. The handle and the set of lift points are configured to facilitate application of a pulling force on the edge plate when the edge plate is clamped by the clamping assembly.
DEVICE FOR REMOVING A WEAR MEMBER
A device for removing a wear member from a ground engaging surface, the device comprising: a body having cavity and a wear member engaging portion to engage the wear member when the wear member extends into the cavity; a gripper movable relative to the body, the gripper having a bracing member adapted to bear against a portion of the ground engaging surface to thereby provide a load path from the ground engaging surface to the wear member engaging portion; and a first actuator connected to the gripper and the body, to apply a force to the gripper, to urge the gripper to move relative to the body, such that, when the bracing member bears against the ground engaging surface, movement of the gripper relative to the body removes the wear member from the ground engaging surface.
RETAINER SLEEVE WITH AN ANTI-ROTATION FEATURE
In some implementations, a retainer sleeve may include a body including an at least partially annular configuration defining a retainer axis. The body may include an inner surface configured to rotatably receive an outer surface of a lock. The body may include a plurality of plates circumferentially joined together with respect to the retainer axis, where a first plate of the plurality of plates includes a first leg joined to the first plate extending away from the retainer axis and configured to contact a lock cavity of the lock. The body may include an anti-rotation feature, disposed on the first plate, extending inward from the inner surface toward the retainer axis, the anti-rotation feature including a locking surface configured to contact a lock skirt of the lock, the locking surface disposed at a first angle with respect to a bottom end of the first plate.
WEAR COMPONENT SECUREMENT
A wear component securement system can include a housing securable against rotation relative to a wear component, a pin rotatable in a passage of the housing about an axis of rotation, the pin being configured to displace along the axis of rotation in response to rotation of the pin in the passage, and a resilient member that resists rotation of the pin away from a locked position relative to the housing. A method can include installing a housing, a pin received in the housing, and a resilient member that resists rotation of the pin, the installing including preventing rotation of the housing relative to the wear component, and rotating the pin to a locked position, thereby aligning at least one bearing surface of the pin with at least one bearing surface of the wear component.
Loader bucket
Power machine bucket implements include a rear wall structure, a bottom wall structure adjoining the rear wall structure at a bend region, and a two-piece brace. The two-piece brace includes a first piece attached to and extending along a portion of the bottom wall structure and a second piece, separate from the first piece, attached to the back side of the rear wall structure.
CORNER GUARD FOR A WORK IMPLEMENT ASSEMBLY
A corner guard includes a rear attachment portion defining a first fastener receiving void, a rear edge that is disposed along the direction of material flow, and a forward ramp portion that extends forwardly from the rear attachment along the direction of material flow, and vertically downwardly forming a front wear edge. The corner guard also includes an outer lateral side, and an inner lateral side. The outer lateral side is flared laterally, defining an outer lateral side extremity that is disposed along the direction of material flow adjacent to the front wear edge, forming a flared portion.
Implement tip assembly having tip with support rib
A ground engaging tip of a ground engaging tip assembly includes an adapter configured for attachment to the base edge of the implement and having a forwardly extending adapter nose. The ground engaging tip has a rear edge, a top outer surface, and a bottom outer surface. The top and bottom outer surfaces extend forward from the rear edge and converge at a front edge of the ground engaging tip. The tip has first and second side outer surfaces extending forward from the rear edge of the ground engaging tip to the front edge. The tip has a nose cavity for receiving the adapter nose therein. The tip has a support rib on at least one of the first or second side outer surfaces, the support rib being positioned at the rear edge and extending lengthwise from the bottom outer surface toward the top outer surface.
OVERLAPPING CUTTING EDGE TIP SYSTEM
A cutting edge tip includes an attachment portion defining an adapter receiving void. A working portion extends forwardly from the attachment portion. A first lateral end portion is disposed along the lateral direction, the first lateral end portion defining a first lateral end surface that jogs laterally. Also, a second lateral end portion is disposed along the lateral direction opposite of the first lateral end portion. The second lateral end portion also defines a second lateral end surface that jogs laterally.
