In an embodiment, an article includes a film-forming composition and a densifying agent. The film-forming composition includes a surface spreading agent present in an amount of at least 5 weight %, based on the total weight of the film-forming composition. The densifying agent has a higher density than water and the surface spreading agent. The film-forming composition is packaged in an impervious material.

The invention provides a method of demand management for fluid networks. The method includes the steps of providing a computer controlled fluid network for delivery of fluid to at least one customer (14), maintaining a real time database (16) within the computer controlled fluid network of predetermined parameters, requesting a flow rate and time of delivery of said fluid from the fluid network through a user interface (22) to a customer (20), determining, using predetermined parameters from the real time database (16), the availability (24) of providing delivery of fluid from the fluid network to the customer (14) based on hydraulic capacity of the fluid network, and, if the hydraulic capacity is available, calculating parameters (38) using the real time database (16) to deliver fluid to the customer (14) through the computer controlled fluid network.

The invention provides a method of demand management for fluid networks. The control device includes a model formation module designed in each case to produce a model (A) representing pressure loss from the pressure sensor to the position of the respective pressure sensor unit (D), based on several pressure measured values of at least two pressure sensor units (D) for the at least two associated part regions. The control device is designed for regulation of the pump device based on produced models (A), as well as to a corresponding method for regulation of a pump device in a water supply mains.

Water supplying method
Some embodiments may include a water supply system for supplying water based on a predetermined planned daily supply amount of water. While the worries supplied, it may be determined whether a second time has reached after a predetermined time passed from a first time. When it is determined that the second time has reached, an accumulated amount of the supplied water may be measured. A difference between the measured accumulated amount of the supplied water and the planned daily supply amount of water may be calculated. The planned daily supply amount of water may be corrected by adding the calculated difference to the planned daily supply amount of water after the second time. Water may be supplied based on the corrected planned daily supply amount of water.
Water supplying method
Some embodiments may include a water supply system for supplying water based on a predetermined planned daily supply amount of water. When it is determined that the second time has reached, an accumulated amount of the supplied water may be measured. A difference between the measured accumulated amount of the supplied water and the planned daily supply amount of water may be calculated. Water may be supplied based on the corrected planned daily supply amount of water.
