A FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM, A SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING WASTE MATERIAL AND A FLUID MONITORING SYSTEM
20170254055 · 2017-09-07 ·

Described herein is a fluid dispensing system, a system for processing waste material and a fluid monitoring system and a method of monitoring the quality of a fluid. One embodiment provides a fluid dispensing system (1) including a fluid dispenser (3) in fluid communication with at least one source of a first fluid. An identification device identifies a user of the system and generates a user identifier. A processor (19) is responsive to the user identifier to access a database (27) to retrieve user data indicative of one or more user preferences and, in response, generate a control signal. One or more electrical sensors (25) are configured to sense a gesture motion from the user and, in response, generate a local input signal. An actuator system (29) is responsive to the control signal and the local input signal to dispense the first fluid from the fluid dispenser with predefined characteristics.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FLUSHING A DRINKING WATER INSTALLATION
20170254052 · 2017-09-07 ·

A system and method for flushing a drinking water installation, comprises at least one riser or distribution pipe, branch pipes connected to the riser or distribution pipe, as well as consumer devices and flushing stations connected to the branch pipes. The flushing stations have measuring devices for the temperature change in the branch pipe or the throughflow through the branch pipe, and/or measuring devices for the temperature change or the throughflow. The system includes and the method uses a control unit which is connected to the measuring devices by means of data cables or by radio. The control unit has an evaluation module for the data transmitted by the measuring devices, and the evaluation module is set up to determine, on the basis of the transmitted data, which flushing stations need to be flushed simultaneously in order for the riser or distribution pipe to be flushed.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECOVERING AND REUSING GRAYWATER
20210404153 · 2021-12-30 ·

The present disclosure provides a system for recovering and reusing graywater generated from at least one graywater source in a building. The system includes a controller configured to control recovery and reuse of the graywater; a graywater recovery device communicably coupled to the controller and configured to recover the graywater from the graywater source of the building; and a graywater distributor communicably coupled to the controller, connected to the graywater recovery device, and configured to distribute the recovered graywater to at least one target position in the building for reuse, wherein the controller controls the graywater recovery device to deliver the graywater to the graywater distributor according to a control signal sent by a user, and the controller controls the graywater distributor to deliver the graywater to a target position designated by the user for reuse according to a control signal sent by the user.

RECYCLED WATER SYSTEM

A drainage system is therefore specified, comprising the following: at least one infiltration device (10, 40) adapted to receive fluid; a collecting device (30) which is in fluid communication with the at least one infiltration device (10, 40) and is adapted to receive fluid from the at least one infiltration device (10, 40) and to discharge it to a fluid system (4), wherein a gateway device (52) is provided, which is adapted to receive and transmit sensor data to a receiving unit (60); at least one sensor (6, 6′, 7, 11, 11′, 14, 31, 31′, 32, 33, 41, 44, 42, 45) is provided, which is communicatively connected to the gateway device (52) for providing sensor data.

Heat recovery unit for gray water
11193721 · 2021-12-07 · ·

The invention relates to a heat recovery unit to transfer heat from a gray water source discharged from a bath or a shower to preheat fresh cold water supplying a bath, a shower, a boiler system or hot water heater. The heat recovery unit comprises an inner tube, an outer tube, a non-return valve, an anode, deflectors as well as associated piping and fittings. Fresh water from a pressurized public network or well flows through the inner tube while the gray water flows between the inner and outer tubes. The non-return valve installed in the fresh water pipe prevents contamination of the drinking water system. A translucent pipe may be installed in a section of the gray water piping system to detect any leaks. An insulated jacket may be placed around the unit to reduce heat loss. The heat recovery unit may be used in domestic, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.
