Storage tank and method for constructing same
A storage tank according to the present invention has a concrete bottom plate laid on a bottom part of a hole dug in the ground, a storage assembly provided on the bottom plate and accommodated in the hole, a concrete quadrangular tubular side wall provided around the storage assembly on the bottom plate, and a side-wall formation member configured to form the side wall into a square frame shape. The storage assembly has a plurality of square tabular partition plates, tubular spacers connected to the partition plates, and an outermost layer part provided on the outermost side of the storage assembly. The side-wall formation member has quadrangular tubular multi-step inner molds formed of a plurality of first plate members, a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars inserted into the multi-step partition plates, and a quadrangular tubular single-step outer mold which holds a plurality of second plate members by a plurality of separators.

IRRIGATION WATER RECIRCULATION SYSTEM
An irrigation recirculation system and methods of filtering and cleaning water within the irrigation recirculation system. The system includes an above the ground water source and a fluid flow conduit that conveys the water into a filter element within a basin. The filter element separates solids from the water by causing the water to change direction before continuing on a fluid flow path. The water is then stored and distributed by a self-cleaning storage system that convey the filtered water to sprinkler heads of the irrigation system.

ANTI-ALTERATION WELLHEAD VAULT
A wellhead vault for preventing alteration of the wellhead of a water supply. The vault is a heavy bell-shaped structure, formed of concrete, and having a downwardly facing concavity, and the vault placed over, with the concavity around the wellhead. The vaults too heavy to be removed by human lifting. Lifting elements are provided to allow the vault to be installed and removed by heavy construction equipment. The vault has a vent that communicates between the concavity and the outside, allowing air, but not liquid, liquid or solid contaminants, or animals, to pass through.

Water well case head adapter
A water well head casing adapter for attachment to a water well head casing providing a two piece body engaged within the head casing of the water well with an inner formed cavity securing a baffle comprising a plurality of flexible wafer inserts defining a linear bore, the linear bore forming a seal around an air pressure hose to introduce pressurized air into the water well casing without water or air escaping between the air hose and the linear bore, the water well head casing adapter used to reduce the time and improve the efficiency required to purge and to blow out unsanitary water in the water well casing and water lines of a newly drilled water well.

SCREEN
A screen includes a support structure. A plurality of screening elements is arranged in spaced relationship on the support structure to define screening apertures between adjacent screening elements. Each screening element defines a screening surface, respectively. The screening surface of each of at least some of the screening elements are spaced further from the support structure than the screening surface of each of the remaining screening elements so that, on opposed sides of each screening aperture associated with the at least some of the screening elements, the screening surfaces are at different heights.
