There are described methods and systems for supplying water to an aircraft. A water supply assembly is fluidly coupled to a water storage tank via a supply line. An overflow line is fluidly coupled to the water supply assembly. One or more sensors are configured to determine an amount of water in the water storage tank. One or more processors are communicative with the one or more sensors and configured to: determine a desired amount of water to be contained in the water storage tank; determine from the one or more sensors that an amount of water in the water storage tank corresponds to the desired amount of water; and, in response to determining that the amount of water in the water storage tank corresponds to the desired amount of water, transmit an instruction for causing water being supplied from the water supply assembly to the water storage tank to be diverted to the overflow line.

The water storage system, the water pressure system and the horizontal seepage test system are connected in sequence, and the water pressure system is used to apply a water pressure and a vertical pressure to a test piece to be tested in the horizontal seepage test system. An outlet valve of the horizontal seepage test system is connected to the water storage system, and the intelligent loading and control system is used to control operations of electrical components of the water pressure system and the horizontal seepage test system. With the test system, a water head pressure can be loaded intelligently, and an infiltration angle of water inflow can be adjusted.

WATER TANK WITH ANTIMICROBIAL INTERNAL LINER

One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a tank assembly that provides antimicrobial protection to inhibit microbial growth in the interior of the tank body. The tank assembly can comprise a body with a side wall and one or more end walls. An antimicrobial liner can be disposed in the interior of the tank body to cover interior surfaces of the side wall and end wall(s). The antimicrobial liner can comprise an effective amount of an antimicrobial agent to inhibit growth of microbes in the interior of the tank body. In this way, the operation life of the tank assembly may be improved, and problems associated with biofilm fouling may be mitigated.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING POTABLE WATER IN MUNICIPAL AND SIMILAR WATER TANKS

Method and apparatus for treating potable water in municipal and similar tanks to reduce and remove undesirable disinfectant byproducts such as trihalomethanes from the water by providing a water circulation system to create circulation patterns in the tank water and an air flow system for creating an air flow pattern in the headspace region of the enclosed tank above the water surface. In operation, a portion of the tank water is drawn-up a draft tube from the tank floor to above the water surface and sprayed through a nozzle outwardly about a vertical axis and slightly downwardly toward the surface of remaining tank water. The air flow system creates and directs a high volume of air through the tank above the water surface to volatize undesirable trihalomethanes in the drawn-up water portion to gaseous state to enter the air flow pattern and exit the tank into ambient air.
