Kurz. The invention also provides a method of preparing the composition.

Based on the total weight of the composition, the content of the beeswax is 0.5-50%, and the content of the β-sitosterol is 0.1-20%. The pharmaceutical composition can be used in inhibiting or killing Helicobacter pylori and in treating or preventing a disease caused by Helicobacter pylori.
