Systems, methods, and techniques for cleaning sinks and dishes are provided. In some embodiments, a cleaning system comprises at least one fluid supply, at least one opening in a side wall of a sink basin, and at least one nozzle positioned along an exterior of the sink basin. The nozzle is configured to receive fluid from the fluid supply, and dispense fluid through an opening in a side wall of the sink basin to an interior surface of the sink basin. In some embodiments, the nozzle is configured to dispense fluid to the interior of a sink basin, such that substantially all surfaces of the interior of the sink basin are covered with a thin layer of fluid. In some embodiments, nozzle dispensing angle, duration of a cleaning cycle, flow rate or amount of dispensing fluid, or activation of a cleaning cycle may be manually or automatically controlled

A domestic water tap (1000) is disclosed. The present application relates to a tap and an inner body for routing liquid within a tap, for example, a domestic water tap or faucet. The domestic water tap (1000) comprises an outer body (1010, 1012) and an inner body (100). The inner body (100) is housed within the outer body (1010, 1012). The outer body (1010, 1012) comprises at least one flow channel (1020, 1022) in which water can flow through the tap (1000) without contacting the outer body (1010, 1012). The inner body (100) is made from plastics and comprises at least one non-threaded bore for securely receiving a connector for delivering water from a source into the inner body (100).

An apparatus for generating nanobubbles for use with fluid dispensing fittings is described. The apparatus includes a longitudinal shaft having a first end portion, a body and a second end portion. The first end portion and the second end portion are adapted for connection with the body. The first end portion and the second end portion each includes a conical-shaped guide wherein the body comprises airfoil-shaped projecting members arranged circumferentially on the outer circumferential surface of the body.

A water dispensing unit adapted for communication with a water supply includes a spout configured to receive water from the water supply and dispense the water to a receptacle for consumption. The water supply includes water received from a municipal water supply and contained within a space directly upstream of a base of the spout. A flow of water from the water supply and into the spout via the base is a downstream water flow. A disinfecting mechanism operable to disinfect water in at least one of the spout or a space immediately upstream of the spout.

The invention is directed to a sensor apparatus for determining when a water outlet needs flushing, comprising a water flow monitoring sensor adapted to be in contact with a source of water flowing through a conduit; a microprocessor in electronic communication with the water flow monitoring sensor, the microprocessor configured to calculate whether the water stagnation time exceeds a predetermined threshold; and indicia for signaling when the water needs flushing by a user, the indicia n electronic communication with the microprocessor. The water flow monitoring sensor may include an accelerometer for detecting water flow vibrations typical of water flow in water conduits. A microprocessor calculates and tracks the total flush time since the prior flush of a drinking water source, thereby monitoring its safety for users of the water source. Indicia for indicating the safety state of the water include readily discernible warning systems or remotely accessible databases monitoring flush times of individual water sources in a network.

A side-loading shower filter having a body that may be easily be mounted between a shower arm and a showerhead without the need of special tools. The body has removable end caps to allow a water filter cartridge to be added to or removed from either side of a transverse hollow water filter cartridge chamber formed in the body by the removal of either of the pair of end caps. The shower filter is mounted between a shower arm and a showerhead by means of coupling means connected to a water inlet and a water outlet formed in the body.

A grease trap or solids collector for separating waste from waste water has a tank having a multilayer outer wall made of an outer layer of un-foamed plastic, an intermediate layer of foamed plastic, and an inner layer of unfoamed plastic; an inlet invert in the tank for receiving incoming waste water; and an outlet invert for removing water from the tank. An extension collar made up of segments can be included.

The washstand furniture includes: a wash device including a wash bowl, a water supply assembly for supplying water to the wash bowl, and a drainage assembly for draining the water supplied to the wash bowl; an inner cabinet provided under the wash bowl, the inner cabinet having a space defined therein; a frame provided outside the inner cabinet for supporting the load of the wash device; an electrically operated module provided in the inner cabinet; a rail for moving the module provided in the inner cabinet; and a rail bracket for fastening the rail to the inside of the inner cabinet and for fixing the inner cabinet and the frame.

A faucet filter system is connected to a water supply line, and includes a manifold connectable to the supply line and providing selective fluid communication with the supply line and a filter apparatus in fluid communication with the manifold, at least one remote actuated valve is associated with the manifold and configured for controlling water flow in the manifold to the filter apparatus when filtered water is desired. A wireless controller is disposed remotely from the filter apparatus and the manifold and is configured for actuating the valve between a first position, in which water flows from the water supply conduit through a faucet inlet, and a second position, in which water flows from the water supply conduit, to the filter apparatus, through the filter outlet and through the faucet inlet. Depending on the actuation of the valve, the either filtered or unfiltered water is emitted through a faucet spout.

A washstand may include a washing device, a cabinet and a dryer. The washing device may include a sink, a water-supply assembly that supplies water to the sink, and a water-discharge assembly that drains water from the sink. The cabinet may be provided below the sink and having an inner space. The dryer may be provided in the cabinet and may include a first outlet in communication with the inner space of the cabinet and a second outlet under the cabinet in communication with an outside of the cabinet. The dryer may be configured to selectively generate airflow through the first outlet to the inner space or through the second outlet to the outside of the cabinet.
