Fluid Distributor Body and Sanitary Shower Device
A fluid distributor body and an associated sanitary shower device containing the fluid distributor body have a cylindrical boundary forming a fluid inlet on an axial input side, and a distributor structure disposed downstream of the fluid inlet for fluid distributing flow conductance of a fluid supplied via the fluid inlet. The distributor structure is provided by at least one perforated distributor plate held on the boundary and having a plurality of passage openings conically tapering in the flow direction. The fluid distributor body and sanitary shower device are useful for sanitary overhead showers, for example.
FLOW RESTRICTION DEVICE AND SANITARY SHOWER
A flow restriction device and/or a sanitary shower equipped with the flow restriction device includes a restrictor body composed of multiple web planes disposed successively in an axial direction and filling a passage cross-section of the restrictor body perpendicular to the axial direction. Each web plane is composed of a plurality of webs extending mutually in parallel and perpendicular to the axial direction, spaced from each other thereby leaving web intermediate gaps. Webs of two directly adjoining web planes extend non-parallel to each other. The device is useful in overhead showers, for example, and limits noise.
CONNECTION SOCKET FOR SANITARY FITTING WITH FLOOR-STANDING FAUCET COLUMN
A connection socket is adapted for a sanitary fitting with a floor-standing faucet column and has a socket bottom body and a removably attached socket top. A bottom body fluid channel has a bottom body inlet and a bottom body outlet. The socket top has a top-side connection surface for the faucet column and a top fluid channel with a top inlet in fluid communication with the bottom body outlet. A sound absorber element in the bottom body fluid channel is insertable and extractable via the bottom body outlet and/or a backflow preventer element in the top fluid channel is insertable and extractable via the top outlet. The socket top can be turnable on the socket bottom body between the operating position and a blocking position in which fluid communication is blocked.
Fixture outlet box
An outlet box assembly includes a base and a connection assembly. The base defines a base through-hole. The connection assembly is configured to attach to the base through the base through-hole and includes a connector and an adapter. The connector includes a connector body. The connector body includes an inner surface that defines a passage with one or more internal threads positioned along the inner surface. The adapter includes one or more external threads configured to engage with the one or internal threads of the connector body. The adapter defines a longitudinally-extending adapter through-hole configured to receive one of a fitting or a tubing. The adapter further defines at least one longitudinal slot configured to allow the adapter to radially compress when the adapter is attached to the connector.
FIXTURE OUTLET BOX
An outlet box assembly includes a base and a connection assembly. The base defines a base through-hole. The connection assembly is configured to attach to the base through the base through-hole and includes a connector and an adapter. The connector includes a connector body. The connector body includes an inner surface that defines a passage with one or more internal threads positioned along the inner surface. The adapter includes one or more external threads configured to engage with the one or internal threads of the connector body. The adapter defines a longitudinally-extending adapter through-hole configured to receive one of a fitting or a tubing. The adapter further defines at least one longitudinal slot configured to allow the adapter to radially compress when the adapter is attached to the connector.
Shower system
A shower system includes a shower waterway and a fluid control valve. The shower waterway is configured to be coupled to a shower device. The fluid control valve is coupled to the shower waterway and comprises a valve body and a piston. The valve body includes a chamber and a reservoir. The piston is slidably coupled to the valve body and fluidly separates the chamber from the reservoir. The chamber includes a compressible gas. The piston is configured to slidably translate within the valve body to compress the compressible gas in response to a water pressure fluctuation in the shower waterway.
TURN-KEY ACCOUSTIC PIPE LAGGING SYSTEM
A pipe lagging system for acoustically insulating a drain piping system includes at least one drain pipe and drain pipe connector coupled to the drain pipe. The pipe lagging system includes at least one preformed acoustic lagging sleeve adapted to be put over the drain pipe of the piping system for acoustical insulation, at least one preformed acoustic clamshell jacket adapted to fit over the drain pipe connector of the piping system for acoustically insulating the pipe connector. The clamshell jacket is adapted to receive an end portion of the tubular sleeve put over the drain pipe. At least one mechanical fastener is adapted to mechanically secure the clamshell jacket and the received tubular sleeve to the underlying drain pipe. At least one of the at least one tubular sleeve and clamshell jacket includes a sound-insulating foam material.
