TOILET BOWL, FLUSH TOILET TANK, PIPE BODY, AND PIPE BODY LAYING METHOD
In a toilet bowl composed of a plurality of resin-made components, at least one resin-made component includes a base material made of a foam synthetic resin, and a coating layer made of a polyurea resin covering a surface of the base material. A flush toilet tank includes a base material made of a foam synthetic resin molded in a tank shape, and a coating layer made of a polyurea resin covering a surface of the base material on an inner surface and an outer surface in the tank shape. A pipe body inserted, as a new pipe, into an aging already-existing pipe includes a base material made of a foam synthetic resin formed in a pipe shape, and a coating layer made of a polyurea resin covering a surface of the base material on an inner surface and an outer surface in the pipe shape.
LIQUIDS AND VISCOELASTIC MATERIAL REPELLENT AND ANTI-BIOFOULING COATINGS
A coated smooth surface of a substrate repels liquids and viscoelastic materials and can have anti-staining and anti-biofouling properties. The smooth surface can be coated by applying a chemical layer on the surface and a lubricant. Such coated surfaces are useful for use in toilets, urinals, or other devices for the processing of liquids and viscoelastic materials such as solid or semi-solid metabolic waste of human digestive system. Such coated surfaces can also be applied to windows for buildings or vehicles such as automobiles or camera lenses to repel liquids (e.g., rain), ice, frost, insect residues, and birds' feces.
TANK FOR TOILET FLUSHING SYSTEM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
A tank for a pressure-assist toilet flush system includes a base having an outlet for discharging water from the tank and a cover connected to the upper end of the base at a tongue-and-groove joint. The base has a pair of first sidewalls extending downward from the upper end of the base along a length of the base, a pair of second sidewalls extending between the first sidewalls and downward from the upper end of the base, and a bottom wall connected to the first sidewalls and the second sidewalls, with the outlet defined in the bottom wall. The base also includes first and second cross-ribs connected to the first sidewalls and each having a bridge portion extending between the first sidewalls on opposite sides of the outlet, the first and second cross-ribs each having an opening between a bottom edge of the bridge portion and the bottom wall.
PRESSURE-ASSISTED FLUSH WATER TANK
A pressure-assisted flush water tank includes a fluid container, a Venturi nozzle, a baffle and a buoy. The fluid container has an accommodating chamber, a water channel and an air channel. The accommodating chamber has a fluid inlet. The water channel and the air channel are in communication with the fluid inlet. The Venturi nozzle is disposed at a junction of the water channel and the fluid inlet. The baffle is configured to seal the air inlet in a movable manner. The buoy is disposed on an inner side of the air inlet. The top end of the buoy leans against the baffle. The buoy rises under internal pressure of the fluid container until the air inlet is closed. Before the buoy closes the air inlet, the protruding post abuts against and lifts up the baffle to open the air inlet.

Auxiliary water receptacle apparatus
For combination with a flush toilet water tank having a side wall, a pond water receptacle integrated with said tank side wall at the exterior of the tank, the receptacle opening upwardly, there being a water passage through the tank side wall, whereby pond water in the receptacle has a gravity determined top level at approximately the same level as water in the tank, and a removable cover extending over water in the receptacle, protecting against contaminated pond water gaining access to tank water.
Pressure die casting mold for producing a casting
A pressure die casting mold for producing a casting which is part of an integral toilet having a body, a water ring, and a tank, wherein the casting, as an integral component, includes the water ring and the tank which is open on the upper side. The pressure die casting mold is composed of at least five molded parts which are interconnectable in a releasable manner, namely of a base part, two side parts having in each case one half of a front wall, a rear wall, and a cover part. The molded parts delimit a cavity which corresponds to the outer shape of the casting. A wedge element, which at least in portions delimits the inner shape of the water tank, is provided on the base part.
