DUAL-DISCHARGE TANK FOR TOILETS
The invention relates to a dual-discharge tank for toilets, including a tank, a water inlet having controlling means which are activated depending on the volume of water contained in the tank, a discharge mechanism coupled to a drainage collector, and means for actuating the discharge mechanism. The tank also includes an additional water inlet connected to a timed valve for controlling water flow, which automatically cuts off the flow of water through said inlet after a predetermined time has elapsed since the actuation thereof. The outlet of the timed valve for controlling water flow is connected to a first pipe that directs the additional water toward the drainage collector.
MODULAR FLUID VALVE
A fluid valve with a modular and/or replaceable fluid control assembly is disclosed, and is configured and arranged to require maintenance over a product life of the fluid valve. The modular and/or replaceable fluid control assembly includes at least one portion including a setting or presetting configured and arranged to control fluid flow behavior in the fluid valve. The setting or presetting is useable to control fluid flow in the modular and/or replaceable fluid control assembly after an upgrade or replacement of at least a portion of the modular and/or replaceable fluid control assembly. Further, the setting or presetting enables the modular and/or replaceable fluid control assembly to retain the fluid flow behavior following one or more upgrades or replacements of one or more portions of the modular and/or replaceable fluid control assembly.

Flush water tank apparatus and flush toilet apparatus provided with the same
The present invention is a flush water tank apparatus (4) and includes: a storage tank (10) on which a drain port (10a) is formed, a discharge valve (12) opening/closing the drain port; a discharge valve hydraulic drive unit (14) driving the discharge valve using water supply pressure; a clutch mechanism (30) coupling the discharge valve and the discharge valve hydraulic drive unit to pull up the discharge valve; flush water amount selection device capable of selecting between a first and a second amount of flush water; a timing control mechanism controlling a timing of the drain port being blocked; and a control jet unit (20) jetting, when the second amount is selected, flush water to a water receiving surface provided on the timing control mechanism so that a timing of the drain port being blocked is earlier than a case of the first amount of flush water.
Flush water tank apparatus and flush toilet apparatus provided with the same
A flush water tank apparatus enabling accurately setting an amount of flush water to be discharged while opening a discharge valve via a discharge valve hydraulic drive unit and a flush toilet apparatus including the flush water tank are provided. A flush water tank apparatus includes a first float device; a second float device that prevents from descent of the discharge valve according to the water level so as to discharge a second amount of flush water; and an adjustment mechanism configured so that when the second amount of flush water is selected by the flush water amount selection portion the clutch mechanism is disconnected at a pull-up height of the discharge valve such that the discharge valve descended by the disconnection of the clutch mechanism is held by the second float device in a holding state.
Automatic Sanitaryware Assembly and Systems
A flush valve assembly for an automatic sanitaryware assembly, comprising a flush valve; a status sensor; a presence sensor associated with a presence sensor lens; an antenna associated with an antenna lens; a manual override actuator; and a controller. A status sensor may comprise an ultrasonic sensor or a capacitive sensor and is configured to be affixed to a sanitaryware assembly. The status sensor is configured to communicate with the controller, the controller is configured to determine a sanitaryware status, and the antenna is configured to transmit the sanitaryware status to a network gateway.
Water conservation based on toilet seat position
Various embodiments for conserving fluid based on the position of a toilet seat are presented. One example embodiment includes a toilet flushing system having a fluid regulation component and a position detector. The fluid regulation component is configured to regulate an amount of fluid used to flush a toilet during a flush cycle. The position detector is configured to detect whether the toilet seat is in a raised position or a lowered position. The position detector is coupled to the fluid regulation component to communicate whether the toilet seat is in the raised position or the lowered position. The fluid regulation component is further configured to regulate the amount of fluid used during the flush cycle based at least in part on whether the toilet seat is in the raised position or the lowered position.
