According to one embodiment, a sanitary washing device includes a main part, a toilet seat, and a sensor. The toilet seat is supported to be rotatable. The sensor is provided in an interior of the main part and uses a radio wave to detect a user in front of the main part. A position of the sensor does not change. In a state in which the toilet seat is closed, the user in front of the main part is detected by the sensor in a first region and a second region higher than the first region. In a state in which the toilet seat is open, the user in front of the main part is detected by the sensor in the first region without the user in front of the main part being detected by the sensor in the second region.

The disclosure relates to a waste collection system designed for handling liquid and solid waste without reliance on running water. The system is also designed with modular components adapted for in-home installation, where the system can be quickly assembled and disassembled as needed, such as for moving the components to a new location based on environmental conditions. An air treatment device is disclosed. The air treatment device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first air passage part of which one side is connected with at least one contamination space; a first air suction part for enabling the contaminated air within the contamination space to flow into the first air passage part; and a first air treatment part including: a partition formed inside a toilet water tank; at least one of through-holes, which is formed in the partition, connected with the other side of the first air passage part, and connected with a space inside the partition; and an air discharging part for discharging the contaminated air into the inside of the partition.

An air treatment device is disclosed. The air treatment device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first air passage part of which one side is connected with at least one contamination space; a first air suction part for enabling the contaminated air within the contamination space to flow into the first air passage part; and a first air treatment part including: a partition formed inside a toilet water tank; at least one of through-holes, which is formed in the partition, connected with the other side of the first air passage part, and connected with a space inside the partition; and an air discharging part for discharging the contaminated air into the inside of the partition.

A bathroom management apparatus is provided which has a storage cabinet and an integrated air conditioning, or dryer, module. The bathroom management apparatus includes: a cabinet forming an interior space whose front is open; a first dividing plate provided within the cabinet and dividing the interior space; a second dividing plate provided within the cabinet in parallel with the first dividing plate and dividing the interior space, and forming a storage chamber in the space between the first and second dividing plates; a duct connected to the first dividing plate and the second dividing plate, provided within the cabinet, and dividing the storage chamber; and the air conditioning module installed within the duct.

The present disclosure relates to a bathroom management system for heating, sterilizing or deodorizing the inside of a bathroom according to the state of the inside or outside of bathroom. The bathroom managing system includes: a ventilation unit disposed in a bathroom to exhaust air inside the bathroom to the outside; a bathroom managing apparatus disposed inside the bathroom and heat, sterilize to deodorize the inside of bathroom; and a switch disposed outside the bathroom to control the ventilation unit and communicate with the bathroom managing apparatus.

The present disclosure relates to a bathroom management system for heating, sterilizing or deodorizing the inside of a bathroom according to the state of the inside or outside of bathroom. The bathroom managing system includes: a ventilation unit disposed in a bathroom to exhaust air inside the bathroom to the outside; a bathroom managing apparatus disposed inside the bathroom and heat, sterilize to deodorize the inside of bathroom; and a switch disposed outside the bathroom to control the ventilation unit and communicate with the bathroom managing apparatus.

A toilet bowl ventilation system exhausts air in and around the toilet bowl to an area adjacent to the room in which the toilet is located. The toilet bowl ventilation system includes an odor exhaust system which is configured to be installed within the interior cavity of a toilet. The odor exhaust system includes a fan positioned within a housing. The system further includes a controller that regulates power to the fan. Upon activation, the system is operable to transport air from in and around the toilet bowl, through the housing, and to an area adjacent to the room in which the toilet is located (e.g. outdoors).
