Disclosed is a toilet module having a toilet bowl and which also has a toilet bowl support mechanism. The toilet bowel support mechanism allows the toilet bowl to be moved to a position in which the person using the toilet to adopt more of a squatting posture when cleansing their bowels. The toilet bowl support mechanism can move the toilet bowl to and between a first position and a second position, the first position is characterised in that the front end of the toilet bowl is lower than the aft end of the toilet bowl, and the second position is characterised in that the front end of the toilet bowl is above the aft end of the toilet bowl. The first position makes it easier for folk with limited mobility to sit on the toilet, and the second position allows the seated person to adopt a squatting posture.

It will use a suction pump waste removal system that will reduce water usage and will be housed in a water tight container that will allow for sterilization and self-cleaning without direct human contact. This toilet will allow for simultaneous self-cleaning and sanitization of the inside, outside and floor surface surrounding the toilet.

A height-adjustable toilet assembly comprising a fixed frame with a vertically mounted sliding frame and a toilet bowl, wherein the sliding frame is coupled to the fixed frame by a vertical linear drive member and is provided with a face plate on which the intermediate member is mounted. A flat cover is fixed to the fixed frame, in which a window is formed from below which is not closed, the width of which corresponds to the width of the intermediate member and the inner edges of which extend towards the intermediate member over the peripheral edges of the face plate of the sliding frame, in front of which the flat cover is projected, the toilet bowl being seated on the intermediate member. In the lower end part of the fixed frame there are vertically interconnected horizontal slats with surfaces parallel to the surface of the face plate, the first slat being attached to the lower edge of the sliding frame. The intermediate member is fitted with supports, to the upper edge of which is attached a rod-type horizontal arm parallel to the faceplate, the ends of the rod-type horizontal arm being fitted with handles extending along the toilet bowl.

A retractable bathroom device that unfolds to provide bathroom facilities to a user is provided. The system generally comprises a deployment device and a folding frame having a shower incorporated therein. Other preferred embodiments of a retractable bathroom may further comprise a sink and/or a toilet. A user may unfold the retractable bathroom device using the deployment device and then use the facilities. Once finished, the user may fold the retractable bathroom device for storage using the deployment device. A water pump may transfer water from a water tank operably connected to the system, and drains of the system may return grey/black water thereto. Heating elements of the water tank may prevent water within from freezing.
