Urinal air freshener
An automatic dispensing device for volatile fluid operable to apply one or more agent to a local environment for more than 14 days. Preferred devices dispense a first agent for air freshening, and may optionally dispense a second agent, such as a drain cleaner. A workable drain cleaner is structured to permit a slow release of drain cleaning agent. A dispensing device may nonexclusively operate by evaporation of volatile fluid from a carrier material that is infused with the volatile fluid; gravity-induced drip from a bulk supply of volatile fluid through a small orifice onto an emanator; osmotic transfer of volatile fluid from a bulk supply; gas-pump drive of volatile fluid at controlled pressure; or diffusion of volatile fluid through a wall of a container of bulk volatile fluid; and combinations thereof.
URINAL SCREEN
The present invention is a urinal screen that includes a main body having an extended upper surface, a corresponding extended lower surface, and a marginal edge portion integral with an surrounding the upper surface and the lower surface; a plurality of spaced apart apertures formed to extent through the main body to provide fluid communication between the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body; and a two-sided spreading layer attached to the main body for accepting a urine sample on a upper side and passing the sample to a lower side, opposite and each side containing a reagent that can react with glucose in the urine sample, as it passes through the two-sided spreading layer, to cause a color change in the reagent.
Urinal raised footplate assembly
A urinal raised footplate assembly with each of the footplates mounted on a weighted base and connected at the heel to a first transverse member for retaining the footplates at a fixed distance apart. The assembly further including axially extendable members connected to a second transverse member that when butted against a wall supporting the urinal maintains the footplates at a fixed distance from the urinal such that a user positioned on the footplates straddles a center of the urinal basin minimizing drips and protecting the footplate from spillage. Embodiments include flexible joints at the heel and toe such that the footplates may be angled to accommodate different width urinals.
Drink & Pee
A way to secure your beverage container or phone/device while using a public urinal. The art includes adding a beverage and/or device holder, built into the urinal as a recessed or raised part of the top of the fixture. It also creates an aftermarket add-on attachment that accomplishes the same thing.
URINAL SCREENS
A urinal screen can include a frame having: a first face; a second face opposite the first face; and a plurality of apertures extending through the first and second faces. The urinal screen can include a plurality of first posts extending from the first face of the frame and configured to at least partially dissipate splashing of urine that impacts the urinal screen; and a plurality of second posts extending from the second face of the frame and configured to at least partially dissipate splashing of urine that impacts the urinal screen; wherein: at least majority of the plurality of first and second posts are parallel to each other; at least of the plurality of second posts are parallel to each other; and the at least majority of the plurality of firsts posts extend at a non-perpendicular angle from with respect to the first face of the frame.
Smart urinals and methods of making and using same
A method for retrofitting a urinal having an interior part configured to receive urine voided by a user, and an exterior part. The method includes the step of providing a urinal retrofitting device. The urinal retrofitting device includes a processor, a memory, a projecting device, and a housing for housing the processor and the projecting device. The projecting device is located in the housing such that the projecting device projects user consumable content outside the housing at an angle. The housing is disposed adjacent the exterior part such that the user can consume the user consumable content while the user is urinating at the urinal.
RESILIENT FLUID CONTROL VALVE ABOVE DRAINAGE PLANE
Described is a resilient fluid control valve assembly. The resilient fluid control valve assembly includes a cartridge housing having an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion is formed to reside above a drain opening, while the lower portion is formed to reside within the drain opening. The resilient fluid control valve assembly further includes a resilient fluid control valve positioned within the cartridge housing. The resilient fluid control valve has a valve body portion and a sealing portion. When positioned within the cartridge housing, a portion of the valve body portion resides above the drain opening, and a portion of the sealing portion resides within the drain opening.
METHODS AND DEVICES FOR INCREASING URINE STREAM ACCURACY
A floating device acting as a target for enhancing the accuracy of a urine stream. When placed inside a toilet bowl, the target provides visual stimulation and cognitive reinforcement in response to contact with urine. The target may comprise a hull with a cavity. A reactive substance may be placed in the cavity of the hull. The reactive substance may provide a visual stimulation or cognitive reinforcement when contacted by the urine stream. A top portion may be fit against the hull to retain the reactive substance in the cavity of the hull. A barrier layer may cover at least a portion of the hull and/or the top portion. The barrier layer may be semi-permeable or selectively permeable to water when contacted by a urine stream from a user.
Urinal
A urinal capable of suppressing the flow speed differential between the flow speed of flush water flowing into the front side of an ascending pipe and the flow speed of flush water flowing into the back side thereof, and of suppressing the occurrence of stagnation in the flow of flush water, and of suppressing the occurrence of uric scale. The urinal having a discharge trap including a horizontal pipe; a top portion of horizontal pipe is formed by a return flow path-forming portion at the bottom end of the shared wall; and a resistance portion for slowing the flow speed of flush water flowing in the vicinity of this bottom portion is formed at the bottom portion of the horizontal pipe.
