Floodwater redistribution assembly
A floodwater redistribution assembly for redirecting flood waters to a predetermined location for irrigation and municipal water service includes a subterranean vault that is positioned adjacent to a body of water known for periodic flooding. An inlet pipe is integrated into the subterranean vault to direct the water from the body of water into the subterranean vault. An outlet pipe is integrated into the subterranean vault to direct the water outwardly to a predetermined location for the purposes of irrigation and municipal water service. A ball valve is positioned within the subterranean vault to facilitate the water to flow into the outlet pipe. A ball valve control unit is coupled to the ball valve. The ball valve control unit is in remote communication with a remote control source and the ball valve control unit actuates the ball valve between an open position and a closed position.

A valve may include a valve arm pivotally carried by the valve mount. A valve stop may extend from the valve arm. A valve body may be carried by the valve arm. The valve body may have a sealing surface. The valve may be positional between a closed valve position configured to seal the valve housing and a full open valve position configured to unseal the valve housing. The valve stop may engage the valve body in the full open valve position.
Snap on meter pit extension
A pit and an extension, each having flanges extending perpendicular to an axis of the pit and extension. The pit includes holes extending outwardly in the wall of the pit, preferably these holes are located at one end of the pit. Surfaces of the flanges are configured to mate together and clips secure the flanges together to inhibit movement apart of the pit and extension along the axis. In certain embodiments, the extension includes support ribs which may be both interior and exterior and the extension narrows from its flange towards an opposite end thereof.
