Dual air admittance valve with locking mechanism and pressure indicator
An apparatus to allow or stop an air flow into an enclosed environment or piping system comprises (a) a housing, (b) a first valve seat, (c) a first sealing member, (d) a second valve seat, (e) a second sealing member, (f) at least one locking mechanism configured to limit a movement of the first sealing member and/or the second sealing member; wherein the first sealing member moves away from the first valve seat when the second pressure is greater than the first pressure in a predetermined pressure difference; wherein the second sealing member moves away from the first valve seat when the third pressure is greater than the second pressure in a predetermined pressure difference; wherein the first pressure communicates with a system pressure in the piping system; and wherein the third pressure communicates with an ambient air pressure.
MANHOLE ODOR TREATMENT DEVICE
An odor treatment device for a sewer that installs beneath a manhole cover. The device is formed from a circular shaped housing that fits within a manhole opening without modification. The housing is defined by sidewalls constructed and arranged to direct air an admixture of essential oils and a surfactant for treating of sewer odors. A baffle arrangement increases the velocity of air passing the admixture.

Steam vent system
A movable steam vent system is provided. The system includes a base and at least one pipe member. The base includes a tapered outer surface defined by an outer wall, a frustoconical inner surface defined by an inner wall, a plurality of ribs extending from the inner surface, the inner wall and the outer wall defining a space therebetween, the base further having an opening in an upper surface, the opening having a slot therein, the opening being in fluid communication with a hollow interior defined by the inner wall, the inner wall having an end that is sized to cover the subsurface space opening. The at least one pipe member is removably coupled to the base, the at least one pipe member having a having an outer wall, an inner wall, the inner wall defining a hollow interior that is in fluid communication with the base hollow interior.
Steam vent system
A movable steam vent system is provided. The system includes a base and at least one pipe member. The base includes a tapered outer surface defined by an outer wall, a frustoconical inner surface defined by an inner wall, a plurality of ribs extending from the inner surface, the inner wall and the outer wall defining a space therebetween, the base further having an opening in an upper surface, the opening having a slot therein, the opening being in fluid communication with a hollow interior defined by the inner wall, the inner wall having an end that is sized to cover the subsurface space opening. Combination air valve
The present disclosure is directed to a combination air valve that uses buoyancy to lift seals into place, preventing media from escaping from the valve. Once the seals are in place, pipeline pressure is used to open and close the valve. The combination air valve includes a low flow vent configured with a pressure equalizing configuration allowing for reduced extrusion forces along the low flow vent, allowing vertical movement of a float shaft at high valve gas pressures with reduced forces.

The fluid system further comprises a power source and a transmitting system for transmitting signals from the sensors to a remote control station (130).
