FLEXIBLE ADAPTER FOR SUBMERSIBLE OILY AND STORM PUMPING SYSTEMS
An assembly, comprising a basin, a submersible pump, having an outlet, disposed within the basin, and an adapter. The adapter comprises a housing having a first side and a second side, a reducing passage extending axially through the housing from the first side to the second side, wherein the reducing passage has a varying inner diameter such that a first inner diameter transitions to a second inner diameter, a plurality of fastener receiving holes extending transversely through the housing and disposed radially and circumferentially around the reducing passage, and a plurality of fastening elements extending from the housing at the second side. The submersible pump outlet is connected to the adapter on the second side and an existing discharge line connected to the adapter on the first side. The adapter provides a transition from a diameter of the submersible pump outlet to a diameter of the existing discharge line.

WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SYSTEM FOR TOILETS
A waste collection and disposal unit including a tank, a float-switch sensing system, and a grinder pump. The tank contains a contoured and sloping floor, a front section, a back section, two side sections and a one-piece lid, which is securable onto the other sections of the tank. The floor slopes downwardly from below the float-switch sensing system to below the grinder pump at an angle of at least about 5 degrees and is contoured in a downward curved arc between the front and back sections of the tank.
SEPTIC SYSTEM MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEM
A method of operating a septic system to facilitate maintenance and avoid damage to property and/or the environment. A septic system that collects and monitors data to provide information to a user about the nature of a problem condition, or to warn a user of potential problems in advance, or to recommend courses of action to avoid costly repairs, or property damage, or damage to the environment.

SUMP OVERFLOW PROTECTOR
A sump overflow protection system for use in a building having a floor and a drainage field for collecting water from the perimeter of the building. The sump overflow protection system includes a portion of the floor proximal an opening of a sump crock having a first level defining a base and wherein the rest of the bottom floor generally has a second level higher than the first level of the basin surface of the floor and communicates water overflowing the sump crock to an outlet coupled to a building drainage outlet separate from the sump crock and to be located in the basin surface of the floor and spaced a predetermined distance from the sump crock.
SEWAGE BASIN PUMP CONTROL SUPPORT
A wastewater sump assembly for receiving and disposing of undesired fluid and, in some cases, solid waste (collectively “wastewater”). A sump basin includes an upstanding wall a base and a top. A sensor in the form, e.g., of a float switch extends into the basin and is operable to actuate a pump to remove collective wastewater from the basin. The sensor depends from a sensor support that is supported distally within the basin in a vertical manner and is supported proximately within the basin in a horizontal manner, with securement of the sensor support not requiring traversal of the basin top and with the distal basin support not needing to be accessed vertically through a pump access aperture in the top.
Collection tank for sump pump under building floor
A collection tank for mounting in a bed of gravel particles under a floor of a building for collecting ground water from an area under the floor has a tank body including a lower tank portion and an upper tank portion. The lower tank portion defines a container for collected water with an open top. The upper tank portion has an outer wall upstanding from the open top of the lower tank portion, in which the outer wall is perforated with holes for passage of ground water into the tank body. Each of the holes extends radially through the outer wall of the upper tank portion at an upward slope so as to minimize entry of surrounding gravel particles into the tank body through the holes.
Sewage discharge device
A sewage discharge device detachably and hermetically connected to a sewage tank includes a drain pipe and a main box body. A drain control valve and a self-priming drain pump are provided inside the main box body. One end of the drain control valve is detachably and hermetically connected to the drain pipe. The other end of the drain control valve is detachably and hermetically connected to the self-priming drain pump. The self-priming drain pump is provided with a drain nozzle and a cleaning coupling. The drain nozzle is detachably and hermetically connected to a sewage pipe. The drain nozzle and the cleaning coupling protrude outside the main box body. The sewage discharge device of the present invention prevents users from contacting fecal matter and wastewater. Manual cleaning of the drain pipe is also eliminated, which is convenient to use.
EFFLUENT ELEVATOR SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USING
The invention is a system of raising an effluent level of a septic system drainfield. The system includes an outer housing comprising an inlet in fluid communication with a septic tank. The housing further includes an outlet that enables the effluent to exit the system at a higher elevation. The housing interior includes a hollow insert that extends above a bottom surface of the housing. A baffle is positioned within the interior of the housing to surround the insert, dividing the housing interior into two compartments with insert passing therethrough. In use, wastewater effluent enters the housing interior from a septic tank and gravity falls into the bottom of the housing. An air pump can then be initiated to pump air into the system, which lifts the effluent into the housing upper compartment, where it will exit the system at a higher elevation.
