Sewer inspection and/or maintenance system
A sewer inspection or maintenance system is provided, at least comprising a carrier system, a satellite system which is movable relative to the carrier system, and a guide device coupled to the carrier system, along which the satellite system can be guided during a movement relative to the carrier system. The guide device can be extended or unfolded or rolled out from a stowed position into at least one position of use, so that the effective length of the guide device can be increased.
Pipe inspection system with jetter push-cable
Pipe inspection systems including a push-cable, jetter, and camera assembly are disclosed. A jetter nozzle may be configured to spin and/or propel the camera head within a pipe or other cavity. A cutter line may be attached to the camera head to clean obstructions. A sonde may be coupled to a camera head to generate magnetic field signals for use with a buried utility locator to locate a pipe or other cavity into which the camera head is deployed.

WATER MAIN FLUSHING WITH HIGH PRESSURE JETTING AND DIRECTIONAL CONTROL
A high pressure jetting system includes a recirculating unit connected to an isolated section of a water supply system which remains under system pressure. The recirculating unit includes a filter unit and a pump unit generating a circulating flow of water. A first pig launch and recovery apparatus couples a first hydrant to the recirculating unit and a second pig launch and recovery apparatus couples a second hydrant to the recirculating unit. A camera unit including a camera and drogue chute enters through the first apparatus and travels in a flushing flow direction to the second apparatus. The drogue chute is then removed from the camera. The camera then couples to a jetting unit having a jetting head and hose and re-enters through the second apparatus. The jetting unit emits a plurality of water jets to move in a counter-current flow direction and remove material from the water mains.
Pipe pig
A pipe pig is provided with linked wheels, and at least a central wheel of the linked wheels is pivotally linked to adjacent wheels through a spring loaded connection that biases the central wheel out of straight line alignment with the adjacent wheels. The pipe pig may be used to negotiate tight bends in a pipe and carry sensing electronics.

Cable storage drum with moveable CCU docking apparatus
Video inspection systems with moveable and dockable CCUs are disclosed. In one embodiment a video inspection system includes a tubular frame element, a camera control unit (CCU), and a docking apparatus mechanically coupled to the frame element so as to allow the CCU to rotate and/or be detached are attached via a user action.

DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND METHOD IN PIPE INSPECTION AND/OR MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS
A pipe inspection and/or maintenance system is provided, having a control device, an image recording device and a feed device. The image recording device can be mechanically coupled to the feed device, and the image recording device and the feed device are operatively connected to one another via a first communication link. The feed device and the control device are operatively connected to one another via a second communication connection. The feed device has a processing unit which is operatively connected to the first communication connection and to the second communication connection, and the processing unit is adapted to receive image data from the image recording device by way of the first communication link, to process the received image data, and to transmit the processed image data to the control device by way of the second communication link. A corresponding method is also provided.
FLUID PIPE INSPECTION DEVICE HAVING NON-MOTORIZED DISPLACEMENT
A non-motorized inspection device for inspecting a fluid pipeline, includes a monitoring device capable of generating at least one representation of the pipeline, an inertial unit capable of determining orientation data relating to the inspection device, and a means for preventing distortion of the at least one representation.
