A septic lateral clearing device is disclosed that provides a flexible structure and hydraulic burst for a more complete clearing of septic laterals. The septic lateral clearing device comprises a quick-release connection to a manifold for the delivery of up to 300 psi hydraulic bursts and a flexible assembly to allow for the delivery of the hydraulic bursts radially along the septic lateral construct. The device includes malleable fins for assuring the clearing of corrugated material and a hydro-jet in front of the septic lateral clearing device.

A wash nozzle assembly for comprising a cylindrical nozzle body component having a proximal end with a demountable coupling device for engaging a supply of high-speed fluid, and a distal end; a cylindrical nozzle tip component having a proximal end for demountable coupling with the distal end of the cylindrical nozzle body, and a conical distal end, said conical distal end having at least one orifice; at least one O-ring mounted onto the distal end of the cylindrical nozzle body; a swirl plate mounted into a juncture of the cylindrical nozzle body and the cylindrical nozzle tip component, the swirl plate having at least one channel therethrough; and a three-dimensional flow interrupter component housed within the cylindrical nozzle tip component. The wash nozzle assembly can be demountable engaged with an end of coiled tubing for cleaning and washing debris from a wellbore.

An opening/closing device according to the present invention includes a gate, a fall prevention unit, a support release unit, a first float, a floating prevention unit, a second float, and a floating prevention release unit. The gate receives a flow of fluid, and is able to fall down toward a downstream direction of the flow. The fall prevention unit supports the gate, thereby preventing the gate from falling down. The support release unit releases the support for the gate by the fall prevention unit. The first float is arranged on an upstream side of the gate, is arranged on one of the left side and the right side of the gate viewed from upstream, and is less in the specific gravity than the fluid. The floating prevention unit prevents the first float from floating.

A side-opening sleeve valve having an inner barrel with a shaped opening through its cylindrical wall having a longer size along the axis of the inner barrel, and a co-annular outer barrel having shaped opening through its cylindrical wall having a longer size along the axis of the outer barrel. The inner barrel is rotatable relative to the outer barrel between a first open position where the shaped openings overlap to form a side opening into the sleeve valve, and a second closed position where the shaped openings do not overlap. The side opening has an effective axial opening size and an effective lateral opening size in a ratio of at least about 2:1. The side-opening valve is useful with water-less toilet that can empty into the side-opening valve when opened, and when closed, a pigging fluid flush system pushes the waste in the side-opening valve to a sewage system.

A sewer cleaning system includes a water tank, a pump operatively coupled to the water tank, a water hose operatively coupled to the pump, a vacuum-generating system, a vacuum hose operatively coupled to the vacuum-generating system, and a debris tank having a forward bulkhead defining a fluid chamber. The bulkhead includes a debris sieve configured to allow water in the debris tank to flow through to the fluid chamber while retaining particulates in the debris tank. The sewer cleaning system further includes an extraction pump in fluid communication with the fluid chamber and configured to extract the water in the fluid chamber. The extraction pump is in fluid communication with the water tank so as to send the extraction water from the fluid chamber to the water tank for re-use. A method for cleaning a sewer line is also disclosed.

Provided is a sewer cleaning system with a flushing nozzle which comprises a camera and a data processing unit, wherein the data processing unit is adapted to receive images of the sewer pipe taken by the camera, to analyze the received images in order to determine a cleaning state of the sewer pipe, and to generate a signal based upon the determined cleaning state and to transmit it to a display unit, wherein the signal is indicative of the determined cleaning state, wherein the display unit is adapted to cause a visualization of the received signal on the display unit based upon the received signal. Furthermore, a correspondingly designed method is provided.
