A deck patio is described with hidden fasteners that can comprise a clip body defined by a web extending in length from a first end to a second end, wherein the web defines a web width, web top, and web bottom. There are two retaining lips extending outwardly from the web width at the web top between the ends, which in certain embodiments the web top. The retaining lips are configured to extend into deck plank side slots. The clip further comprises at least one plank spacer that is equal to or wider than the web width. The plank spacer located between the web top and the web bottom. Extending from the bottom part of the clip body is a runner slot plate, which is spaced apart from the web bottom via a connector peg. The runner plate is sized to slidingly engage with a deck joist runner channel in a joist runner.

A deck assembly includes a plurality of deck panels each having fixing grooves recessed from both side surfaces thereof, a frame part including a pair of longitudinal frames symmetrically disposed to be spaced apart from each other and a plurality of transverse frames spaced apart from each other and vertically coupled between the pair of longitudinal frames and in which a plurality of insertion holes pass therethrough in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction thereof, a clip module part including a root cap inserted and coupled to each of the insertion holes and a quick clip fixed inside the root cap and having an upper end having a portion exposed to an upper side of the root cap to fix the deck panel disposed on the frame part, and a plurality of support parts supporting the frame part while avoiding the insertion holes.

A set of decking boards including a first and a second decking board and being provided with a connecting system including a connecting device. The first board is configured to be connected to a support element and the second board is configured to assume a vertically locked state with respect to the first board in which the connecting device cooperates with the first and second boards, there is a vertical gap between a portion of the second lip of the first decking board and a portion of the second lip of the second decking board, and there is a horizontal space between a first lip of the first board and the second lip of the second board. Also, other aspects of a set of decking boards and connecting devices as well as methods for demounting decking boards and replacing them with new decking boards.

A truss includes a plurality of truss members, each truss member formed from a unitary folded blank of sheet metal to create a main panel, and proximal and distal flanges and a horizontal panel each extending perpendicularly from the main panel, the proximal flange of a first truss member is connected to the distal flange of a second truss member to form a truss. In one embodiment employing trusses formed of folded sheet metal, a plurality of interconnected truss modules, each truss module including a plurality of truss members, forms a plurality of oppositely extending horizontal flanges that collectively present the top and bottom surfaces of a cantilevered canopy.

A deck framing device relates to a clamp-based system that can be safely implemented without risk of damaging rails, banisters, or other such existing mounting structures. A set of clamps allows the apparatus to mount securely and removably atop a deck, especially the railing of a deck. The clamps may be adjustable to accommodate for different widths of railings or supports. A vertical post extends upwards from around each of the clamps. These vertical posts are connected by horizontal beams that are optimized for the support of various items, including, but not limited to, curtains, ornamental lighting fixtures, blankets, and more. In many versions, the horizontal beams may expand telescopically to allow for customizable length adjustment or may be cut down to an appropriate size and fit into hinged supports extending from the top portions of the vertical posts. Various threaded fasteners ensure that customization is both convenient and intuitive.

A deck apparatus for assembly with a pair of opposing brace frames interconnected by a pair opposing connector bases and a deck board top frame having a plurality of deck boards disposed thereon, the connector bases having opposing posts for being received in openings in a lower end of the opposing brace frames ends and the deck board top frame having posts for being received in an upper end of the opposing brace frames, and optionally attaching a stairs riser having a plurality of spaced-apart treads or a ramp riser for extending from a deck surface at a height to a vertically lower support surface.

A balcony (10) for attachment to a building wall to provide privacy and views, and comfortable outdoor living space for apartment dwellers. The balcony has a floor (16) having a first edge (18) for abutment to the building wall, a perimeter wall (14) having a first end (22) and a second end (24), the first end and the second end being spaced apart and adjacent to the floor first edge (18). The floor extends between the perimeter wall and the floor first edge. The perimeter wall has a top edge (26) that is higher at the first end (22) than at the second end (24). Connectors (36, 38) are provided proximate to the floor first edge and proximate to the perimeter wall upper edge for attaching the balcony to the building wall.

A balcony system for use with a building opening of a building structure is provided. The balcony system includes a balcony unit adapted to project from the building opening, a counterforce unit adapted to compensate for forces applied to the balcony unit, and a first connecting element connecting the balcony unit and the counterforce unit. The counterforce unit comprises a base unit, a top unit on the base unit, and a second connecting element. The base unit is configured for stationary installation with respect to the building structure, such as for stationary installation on a floor of the building structure. The first connecting element connects the balcony unit and the top unit. The second connecting element connects the top unit and the base unit. The top unit is movable relative to the base unit.

A deck tile assembly is disclosed. The deck tile assembly comprises a frame having at least four sides. The deck tile assembly further comprises a plurality of bars for providing a support structure to the frame. The deck tile assembly further comprises at least two parallel sleepers permanently attached between two opposite sides of the frame and mounted on the plurality of bars. The deck tile assembly further comprises at least two step clip fastening devices, wherein each of the step clip fastening device is mounted on one of the at least two parallel sleepers. The deck tile assembly further comprises at least two supporting members for attaching the frame with the ground surface.
