Method for constructing buildings having a reticular structure and building constructed using said method
The invention relates to a method for constructing buildings having a reticular structure and to a building constructed using said method. The method comprises the steps of: erecting a set of columns (1, 2, 3, 4) that form the vertical supporting structure, on foundations or piles; arranging, in a lower zone of the structure (100), a heap (5) with fully constructed floor modules (6) inside the space defined by the columns (1, 2, 3, 4) and in the same vertical order as the definitive order planned for each of the floor modules of the structure (100) forming the building; raising the floor modules (6) by means of elevators, to place same in their definitive positions at corresponding heights; and joining the floor modules (6) to the columns (1, 2, 3, 4) by means of screwing, welding, riveting or an equivalent system.

Arch-support system
An apparatus includes an arch-support system configured to support an archway above a work surface during construction of the archway. A rail assembly is configured to selectively receive and support the arch-support system in such a way that the rail assembly, in use, supports the arch-support system once the rail assembly selectively receives the arch-support system.

System and Method for On-Site Construction Using Prefabricated Components
A panelized, systems-based, holistic approach towards design, manufacturing and construction is disclosed. In an exemplary system, a core structural metal framing known as stud and track structure refers to the construction of walls and planes using cold-formed steel. The metal framing has two main components, a stud and a track. The disclosed system is a flat pack. A flat pack system is a prefabricated building construction system that uses structurally insulated panels which are prefabricated in a factory, shipped by stacking and assembled on site. The modular panel system is manufactured off-site and includes an exterior facade, insulation and interior walls in a single pre-made modular panel system, which is connected via novel connectors.

Precast park refuge construction method and apparatus
A building system comprising a combination of precast or prefabricated structural elements to serve as skate parks, swimming pools, or community gathering places; and to provide refuge such as tornado shelters. Precast or pre-manufactured modular cells have an open bottom, a first and second side wall, a rear wall, and a functional top surface. The functional top surfaces of the modules include an inclined or curved surface. When combined, the top surfaces form useful areas such as a skate park, swimming pool, or amphitheater seating. Sleeves, keys, and other features facilitate the assembly of the modules. A cast slab may be poured after assembly; or the modules may be secured to a slab. Example modules include a Flat Ramp Block, a Circular Ramp Block, and a Circular Bowl Block, a stair block, and a ledge block.
BRICK/BLOCK LAYING MACHINE INCORPORATED IN A VEHICLE
A self-contained truck-mounted brick laying machine (2) is described. A truck (1) supports the brick laying machine (2) which is mounted on a frame (3) on the truck chassis. The frame (3) supports packs or pallets of bricks (52, 53) placed on a platform (51). A transfer robot can then pick up an individual brick and move it to, or between either a saw (46) or a router (47) or a carousel (48). The carousel is located coaxially with a tower (10), at the base of the tower (10). The carousel (48) transfers the brick via the tower (10) to an articulated (folding about horizontal axis (16)) telescoping boom comprising first boom element in the form of telescopic boom (12, 14) and second boom element in the form of telescopic stick (15, 17, 18, 19, 20). The bricks are moved along the folding telescoping boom by linearly moving shuttles, to reach a brick laying and adhesive applying head (32). The brick laying and adhesive applying head (32) mounts to element (20) of the stick, about an axis (33) which is disposed horizontally. The poise of the brick laying and adhesive applying head (32) about the axis (33) is adjusted and is set in use so that the base (811) of a clevis (813) of the robotic arm (36) mounts about a horizontal axis, and the tracker component (130) is disposed uppermost on the brick laying and 110,111 adhesive applying head (32). The brick laying and adhesive applying head (32) applies adhesive to the brick and has a robot that lays the brick. Vision and laser scanning and tracking systems are provided to allow the measurement of as-built slabs, bricks, the monitoring and adjustment of the process and the monitoring of safety zones. The first, or any course of bricks can have the bricks pre machined by the router module (47) so that the top of the course is level once laid.
System and method for building structures using multilayered panel frames
The present invention is to provide assemblies with polygon shaped panel frames, separators and parts for light weight construction that is versatile, rigid, flexible and structurally stable. The assemblies with polygon shaped panel frames, separators and parts for constructing a complete building structure eliminates the need for conventional framing using unitized polygon shaped panel frames with alignment pieces, separators and fastener parts connected together. The assemblies with polygon shaped panel frames, separators and parts comprises of panel frames which are different geometric shapes or polygon parts, including but not limited to circles, ovals, triangles, trapezoids, rectangles, squares, pentagons, hexagons, etc. Panel frames can be hollowed or solid and can be fabricated as pieces of and in itself. Panel frames can be composed of many types of materials including but not limited to wood, metal, polymers, composites, plastics, etc. Two (2) or more panel frames are connected with fasteners utilizing a link. Links are parts that create separation between the panel frames and also conjoin other panel frames. Links provide load transfer and can be made of polymers, wood, composites, metal, plastics, etc. The panel frames and links are connected together using fasteners like screws, bolts, nuts, tee-nuts, rivets, rivet nuts, couplers, standoffs, dowels, etc. The panel frames and links are designed to repeat and can provide a building structure with window and doorway openings space and utility space for electrical and plumbing installations. Further, the assemblies can be easily rearranged and reassembled to achieve the desired configuration at low cost, efficient time and minimal labor.
