Slab fillers and methods for implementing fillers in two-way concrete slabs for building structures
A slab filler, and method for implementing fillers in a two-way concrete slab for building structures, are disclosed. The filler comprises an upper keeper tray and a lower keeper tray, and a volumetric filling element. The upper keeper tray is attached to a top of the volumetric filling element and the lower keeper tray is attached to a bottom of the volumetric filling element. The filler comprises a plurality of indicators positioned on all corners of the keeper tray to indicate an amount or level of a concrete fed on the filler. The filler further comprises grooves at an end of the spacer, configured to securely hold one or more belts. Spacers and belts are configured to receive one or more rebar. Further, the volumetric filling element is a high-density material, where the filler is incorporated without upper keeper tray and lower keeper tray.
ROTARY MOVING 3D PRINTER
A rotary mobile 3D printer, with a printer; an upright post; and a cross arm. The printer is connected to the cross arm; the cross arm is rotatably connected to the upright post so that the cross arm is rotatable around the connection point where the cross arm is rotatably connected to the upright post; the printer is rotatable together with the cross arm; the printer is movable back and forth in a first direction and back and forth in a second direction relative to the cross arm; the first direction is the lengthwise direction of the cross arm; and the second direction extends at an angle with respect to the first direction.
METHOD OF FORMING VERTICAL WALL AROUND WINDOW FRAME
The method for pouring concrete around a window frame begins by spraying a flat surface with a release, followed by positioning window assemblies on the flat surface. The window assemblies include at least a frame, and also possibly a sash, glazing and removable bracing. The window assemblies are secured to the flat surface and then concrete is poured around the window assembly to form a wall. Once the concrete cures around the frame, the bracing is removed, and the wall is tilted/lifted to a vertical position.

Disaster-resistant structure and method for securing disaster-resistant structures to a body of cast material
The disaster-resistant structure secured to a body of cast material comprises at least one flexible cable to resist high loads, debris impact and other hazards that occur due to high winds, tornadoes, earthquakes, or other severe storms. The structure is secured to the body of cast material by at least one flexible cable passing through. At least one hollow tube imbedded into the body of cast material. The flexible cable is looped around the structure in a substantially vertical plane, passed through the tube, traveling inside the walls and ceiling. The ends of the flexible cable are connected using any conventional means for connecting cable ends. The structure is also secured by at least one other flexible cable that is looped around the room structure in a substantially horizontal plane located within the walls and secured using any conventional means for connecting cables. In the preferred embodiment, the walls are also secured together by at least one other flexible cable that is looped around the room in a substantially horizontal plane and secured to the structure's framing. The ends of the horizontally looped flexible cable are secured to the structure's framing such as the door framing with a connector, hook, or other means of securing the end of a cable to a framing member. The at least one horizontally looped flexible cable is located within the walls. The vertically looped and horizontally looped flexible cables form a network of cables around the structure, located within the walls of the structure. In the preferred embodiment, the network of flexible cables may be encased in a cast material placed into the wall cavities and above the ceiling panel.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PREFABRICATED 3D-PRINTED PART
A method for producing a prefabricated 3D-printed part includes depositing a layer of a particulate aggregate on a production panel by a layer-depositing device; and dispensing a predetermined dose of a binder or a water/binder mixture, comprising water and at least one hydraulic binder, onto a locally predetermined region of the layer of the aggregate by a printhead. At least one reinforcement is arranged by a reinforcement-depositing device, at least in some regions, on and/or in the locally predetermined region on which the predetermined dose of the binder or the water/binder mixture was dispensed during the course of the second method step.
