CLOSED WALL HOLD DOWNS
A closed wall hold down system is provided including at least one closed wall panel, at least one first tie rod, at least one second tie rod, at least one coupler nut, and at least one ratcheting take-up device. The at least one closed wall panel includes a bottom plate and a top plate. The at least one first tie rod projects through the bottom plate. The at least one coupler nut is coupled to the at least one first tie rod and to a first end of the at least one second tie rod. A second end of the at least one second tie rod extends through the top plate. The at least one ratcheting take-up device engages the second end of the at least one second tie rod. A method of installing the closed wall hold down system is also provided.
Joist hanger
A joist hanger typically includes one or more teeth which can be manually pressed into a header to hold the joist hanger in place on the header to free up a worker's hands so that a worker can nail the joist hanger to the header without having to manually hold the joist hanger in place while driving the nails. The joist hanger may also include a height-setting tab configured to engage the bottom of the header to set the height of the joist hanger relative to the header. The tab may be a break-off tab to allow the joist hanger to be used without the tab if desired.
Clip insulation and assembly
A clip insulation for a furring channel clip, the clip insulation having a substantially planar bed portion having two opposed ends, the bed portion adapted to at least cover a portion of an outer surface of the clip, a plurality of projections extending from the bed portion, and two opposed skirt portions, each skirt portion extending from an end of the bed portion, each skirt portion adapted to attach to an end of the clip.

CORNER ASSEMBLY
A monolithic corner encapsulates one or more panels while maintaining structural integrity and maintain hygienic properties. The corner may securely receive one or more panels and provide flexibility to easily adjust the one or more panels. The corner may simplify installation and an ability to adjust connected panels without compromising safety, installation time, and sterility.

Hidden fastener assembly for attaching grooved deck members
A hidden fastener assembly facilitates the attachment of grooved deck members to a joist. A body has an upper platform and a lower reference surface and is traversed by a central opening. A pair of tongues project from the body and are positioned and configured for reception in the grooves of the deck members. A pair of legs straddle the joist to aid in positioning. A fastener received in the opening and driven into the joist secures the deck members to the joist at a desired spacing. The fastener assemblies may be collated for usage in automatic driving tools.
Modified foam wall structures with high racking strength and methods for their manufacture
Modified and connected foam wall structures and methods for making them are described. The wall structures include a frame, a foam panel attached to the frame, a foam layer disposed in a cavity defined by the frame, and a structural adhesive. The structural adhesive may be disposed in at least one of: (A) an aperture located within the foam layer, and (B) an aperture located between the foam layer and a frame member. In some cases, a cured structural adhesive is located between connecting members of adjacent foam wall structures.
EXTERIOR INSULATION PENETRATION EDGE FRAME AND COVER
An external insulation penetration edge frame includes a frame portion constructed of an insulating material and comprising a front face, a rear face, an outside perimeter, an inside perimeter defining a frame opening, an outside portion extending from the outside perimeter toward the inside perimeter and an inside portion extending from internal edge toward outside edge, a mesh encapsulated in a base coat along the rear face, the inside perimeter, and the front face; and a plastic sheeting secured to the rear face of the inside portion and covering the frame opening.
