Dwelling
A terrestrial dwelling (1) including a floor (2) with at least one floor section (3) orientated substantially horizontally in use. The dwelling includes at least one wall (4), including at least one wall section (5) projecting substantially upwardly from the floor section (3). A dwelling support (6) is configured to at least partially elevate the floor section (3) above a terrain surface (15). A roof (7) with at least one roof section (8) is attached to an upper portion of said wall (4) wherein the dwelling (1) is configured to provide at least partial atmospheric transparency to at least partially allow atmospheric elements including light incident on the dwelling (1) above the floor (2) to reach the terrain surface (15) under the dwelling (1).

Structural tent and assembly method
A structural tent intended for use as a living space able to withstand extreme temperatures, while still being comfortable and used on a temporary basis; comprising a frame on which there are assembled first profiles and lower posts which are attached to a plurality of second profiles, brackets and upper posts, which form the structure on which a ridgepole is supported; and where a filler material is introduced into the gap created between the frame and the outside fabric; and where, finally, the ridgepole is integrally supported on the upper posts, where honeycomb plates are supported, an impermeable roof being arranged on the honeycomb plates and the gaps in the honeycomb plates being filled with a fine granular material.
SPACER BRACES IN TANDEM FOR WALLS, JOISTS & TRUSSES
The present invention relates to using interlocking spacer braces between support members to construct wood and metal framed walls, floors and building trusses. Spacer braces have indentations, extensions, with hook fingers, hook tongues and hook receivers along with U & W shaped clips that interlock horizontally, vertically or diagonally between support members. The spacer braces can form diagonal and lateral wall bracing, diagonal and vertical chords within building truss with either horizontally or vertical orientations, headers above doors and windows and shear walls. The spacer braces can be installed individually or in tandem between wood or metal framing.
CONCRETE WALL STABILIZING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Concrete wall supports that reduce or eliminate wall movement due to exterior horizontal forces. One support is a bracket mounted to a floor joist with a plate extending below the top of the wall and two legs extending from the plate and attaching to the joist. One leg is above the concrete wall on one horizontal side of the plate, and the other leg is on the opposite side of the plate. Another support has a plate that extends below the top of the wall with two legs on opposite sides of the joist above the wall. A leg attaches to the lower edge of the joist. A support against shear forces includes a highly water permeable aggregate composite disposed in the voids of the wall, with a supportive strip that is enclosed in the aggregate composite and extends out of the voids to the face of the wall.
Method and apparatus for manufacturing building panels
A method of manufacturing building panels includes assembling a frame of a building panel. The frame defines at least one cavity and at least one injection aperture in fluid communication with the at least one cavity. The method also includes positioning the frame on one of a base and a shelf of a multi-panel consolidation device having a plurality of shelves, with the shelves being in an expanded configuration, and at least substantially enclosing the at least one cavity. The method also includes forcing the shelves of the multi-panel consolidation device into a collapsed configuration, and injecting an expandable polymer through the at least one injection aperture into the at least one cavity. The method further includes forcing the shelves into an expanded configuration after a predetermined period of time selected to permit the expandable polymer to form a foam bonded to the frame.
Stackable building block with vertical center risers
A building block has opposing like outer members spaced apart by at least two risers as cross members inward from outer member ends leaving a center open with a void between the outer members and the risers. The risers extend from the bottom of the block to above the outer member tops. A continuous tongue projects upward from the top of the outer members parallel thereto along the length of the outer member and mates with grooves along the bottom of a similar outer member stackable thereon for ease of block alignment. A next stacked block is nailed to the risers projecting into its center.

SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GYPSUM BOARD WITH EMBEDDED STRUCTURE HAVING OPEN CELLS THAT ARE SUBSTANTIALLY FILLED
A gypsum panel has a gypsum body with a length L along an x-axis, a width W along a y-axis, and a thickness T along a z-axis. The gypsum body includes at least one core embedded at least partially within the gypsum body. Examples of the core include a hollow, open cell structure having walled elements. The walled elements have axes that can be substantially parallel to each other and the z-axis. The walled elements may be substantially filled with a same material as the gypsum body.
AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FLOOR AND CEILING UNITS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF MODULAR BUILDING UNITS
A system and method for assembling framing assemblies for use as ceiling or floor structures of modular building units using automation are disclosed. The framing assemblies include trusses that are attached at the lateral edges thereof by a joist including at least one layer of dimensional lumber to form a substantially rigid framework. Cover panels are positioned over and attached to an inner surface of the framing assembly.
