FRACTAL STRUCTURE SYSTEM
A fractal structure system provides building components with different sizes, which a building component with the next smaller size can insert into or attach to a building component with the next larger size. Each building component has a plurality of channel walls radiating outwardly, and the plurality of channel walls forms a plurality of channels. Each building component further comprises an internal center bore, and the internal center bore includes a plurality of internal center bore corners aligning to said plurality of second channel walls. Different sizes of building components have the same cross sectional profile, which a fractal structure or pattern can be implemented with the different sizes of building components.
HINGING DRYWALL APPARATUS AND METHOD
A drywall system is provided including a first drywall panel and a second drywall panel connected to the first drywall panel via a main hinge. A first drywall flap connected to the first drywall panel via a first hinge, and a second drywall flap connected to the second drywall panel via a second hinge. The first drywall panel, the second drywall panel, the first drywall flap and the second drywall flap can hinge to assume at least one corner configuration in which the first and second flaps lie on a first plane, the first drywall panel lies on a second plane and the second drywall panel lies on a third plane, such that the first plane, the second plane and the third plane are mutually orthogonal. A coating can be provided on an external surface of the framing drywall liner for strengthening the groove which, in embodiments can be polyester strip that extends over portions of the first and second gypsum-containing segments on either side of the of the groove.
Panelized structural system for building construction
Structural truss panels include first, second, third, and fourth horizontal elongated members and first and second vertical elongated members fastened to the first, second, third, and fourth horizontal elongated members. The first and fourth horizontal elongated members form respectively a top and a bottom of the structural truss panel. The first and second vertical elongated members forming respective sides of the structural truss panel. The structural truss panel further includes and an angled webbing fastened between the first and second vertical elongated members and the first and second horizontal elongated members thereby creating an integrated web truss within the structural truss panel. The structural truss panel includes first, second, and third brace members forming a V-braced truss panel.
Method for producing a facing
A method for producing a facing includes at least one first panel and one second panel that are each delimited by a front face and a rear face connected by a lateral edge, the method including a) a first panel is fitted, b) a first part of a connector is fastened to the first panel such that a second part of the connector projects beyond said first panel, c) a second panel is fitted next to the first panel and fastened to the second part of the connector.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING AN OPTIMIZED BUILDING FACADE DESIGN
The present approach automatically generates an optimized building façade design given a set of building design parameters including a specified interior layout. The generated building façade design comprises a set of MegaPanels that are then displayed to the building designer for review and facilitate customization as desired by the façade designer. Some or all of this process can then be repeated when building design parameters are changed thereby facilitating automated and iterative building façade design as differing design parameters and resulting optimized building façade designs are considered.

WALL ASSEMBLY, COMPONENTS, AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION THEREOF
Aspects of the present invention relate to a wall assembly for mounting a wall in a residential or commercial building space. The wall assembly has a wall body having an upper region configured to be laterally supported at one or more upper surfaces thereof to maintain the wall body in a substantially upright position, and a lower region configured to be laterally supported at one or more lower surfaces thereof to maintain the wall body in a substantially upright position. The wall assembly further has at least one lateral support comprising an engagement portion configured to engage the one or more upper surfaces of the upper region or one or more lower surfaces of the lower region of the wall body. The wall body has a unitary body having a molded material.
Telescoping wall
A collapsible wall for covering an opening in a structure when the collapsible wall is in an extended position. The collapsible wall including a plurality of frame sections engaged with each other to form a telescoping frame movable between the extended position and a retracted position, the frame sections forming at least a portion of a face of the collapsible wall and defining an aperture through the face. A panel is removably engaged to the frame sections, the panel covering the aperture when the panel is disposed in a closed position.
Acoustic Structure
An acoustic structure includes: at least one hollow section defined by a pair of opposed transparent or translucent wall members and a plurality of connecting wall members interconnecting the pair of wall members, and at least one opening portion communicating an interior space inside the hollow section to an exterior space. At least some of the connecting wall members may have colorless or colored transparency or translucence. Further, a mirror surface may be provided on any desired portion of the wall members defining the hollow section. Furthermore, a lighting device may be disposed near the outside or inside of the hollow section. Because light or a scene on the opposite side of the acoustic structure is visible through the transparent or translucent wall member, design quality and usability of the acoustic structure can be enhanced.
