Kit for making a panel structure for an external side wall or a covering of a building, and building provided with such panel structure
A kit is provided for making a panel structure for an external side wall or a covering of a building; the kit has a plurality of section elements elongated along a longitudinal axis, designed to be fastened to a support and having respective seats which are open at the top and at their longitudinal ends and are designed to form, together, a longitudinal channel; the kit is provided with panels, engaging the channel, and with a seal made of flexible material and having a strip portion to cover at least two consecutive joint zones between the section elements.
COMBINATION LATH/RAINSCREEN ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF INSTALLATION AND MANUFACTURE
Aspects of the disclosure relate to lath/rainscreen assemblies including a sheet defining lath and rainscreen faces, first and second ends, and first and second sides. A plurality of protrusions extend from the rainscreen face and also optionally the lath face. The protrusions on the lath face in combination with the lath face provide a substrate for application of a stucco veneer. If no protrusions are provided on the lath face, the lath face can be secured to siding. The rainscreen face and protrusions of the rainscreen face collectively form channels through which moisture can drain to a weep screen or the like. Each of the lath face and the rainscreen face include area free of protrusions so that multiple lath/rainscreen assemblies can be secured to the structure in an overlapping fashion. Methods of installing and making lath/rainscreen assemblies are also disclosed.

Insulation retainer clip
An insulation clip which is used to retain insulation in place before materials are placed over the insulation during the construction of a wall assembly. The clip is configured to be snapped onto either a horizontally disposed girt or a vertically disposed girt. The clip not only maintains the insulation in place but creates a gap between the outer side of the insulation and the cladding which is placed thereon.
Asymmetrical Building Surface Baffles and Building Surface System
The present disclosure relates generally to building surface baffles, for example, suitable for forming a room divider, a wall covering, an acoustical surface, or a ceiling surface. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a baffle for a building surface. The baffle includes an elongate body extending along an axis from a first end to a second end. The elongate body has a depth including a narrow portion that extends away from the axis along a first direction and a wide portion. The wide portion includes first and second projections that extend laterally outward from the first direction. The baffle also includes a first aperture extending into the first end of the elongate body along the axis and a second aperture extending into the second end of the elongate body along the axis.

Restroom stall firearm receptacle
An example firearm receptacle includes a mounting structure, a firearm holder, and a door stopper. The mounting structure is configured to be fixably mounted to one of a wall or a door. The door stopper is configured to transition between a deployed position and a stowed position. In the example embodiment, the door stopper is configured to impede the opening of the door when the door stopper is in the deployed position and to allow the opening of the door when the door stopper is in the stowed position. The door stopper is additionally configured to prevent the door stopper from transitioning to the stowed position when a firearm is disposed in the firearm holder.

TEMPORARY WALL SYSTEM WITH FIRE BLOCK PROTECTION
A barrier system for partitioning a space includes panels which interlock with each other to provide a barrier that is fire rated. The interlocking panels are assembled in the barrier in columns using a tongue and groove assembly and a panel lock using a strike and latch supported by the tongue member and groove member, respectively. Each panel includes a peripheral frame (that is shaped to provide the tongue and groove members), opposed steel side faces mounted to the peripheral frame, and an insulation block filling an interior space delimited by the peripheral frame and the opposed steel side faces. The insulation block includes a pair of insulating material layers that sandwich a radiant barrier layer. A floor module supports a bottom edge of the panel and an interface module supports a side/top edge of the panel. The floor/interface modules are configured with telescoping sections and are length trimmable.
Fixing system for panels and turbomachine enclosure comprising such system
A fixing system for a panel, particularly for a noise absorption panel, including an omega stringer having a substantially omega-shaped cross-section, wherein the omega stringer includes a central portion and two lateral foot portions; a flat bar longitudinally directly connected to the central portion of the omega stringer; a sealing gasket arranged longitudinally onto the lateral foot portions of the omega stringer or onto the flat bar; wherein height of omega stringer is selected so that, when a panel is clamped between the omega stringer and the flat bar, the sealing gasket is compressed between panel and fixing system.
