Bicycle shelter assembly
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to shelter assemblies for bicycles that can be custom designed in a variety of configurations using a relatively small number of modular, easily assembled components. The shelter assembly comprises at least first and second uprights, a crossbar bridging the first and second uprights, and a plurality of roof panels secured to the crossbar. Each roof panel is constructed from a shielding element and one or more rafter elements, which allows each roof panel to be independently rotatable to a plurality of different angles. By securing the roof panels to the crossbar, and in some embodiments the uprights, in a desired configuration, one may prepare a shelter assembly that is custom designed for a particular installation location.
Pergola provided with extensible roof surface
A pergola comprising a base module having a quadrangular support structure provided with vertical uprights connected to each other by at least one pair of rails and at least one transverse crossbeam connecting the pair of rails. The base module delimits a first roof surface. The pergola includes an extension module having a framework provided with at least one pair of struts. Each strut is at least partially vertically superposed on a corresponding rail, and is provided with at least one support leg that supports the overhanging framework on the side opposite the base module in the longitudinal direction. The extension module delimits a second roof surface at least partially superposed on the first. A guide structure is interposed between the struts and the rails for guiding a reciprocal longitudinal translation between the base module and the extension module, to modify the overall roof surface of the pergola.
Safety hatch system
In one embodiment, an electronically controlled hatch system for safe ingress, egress, hazard detection, and methods thereof are provided to reduce or eliminate hazards to personnel, including protection of people above and below a scuttle hatch, access port, skylight or elevated deck. Said hatch system reduces the risk of falls while ascending or descending a ladder through an access port. In certain embodiments, severe weather, hazard, security, and other safety information are detected and transmitted to a central control unit for processing and regulating the opening and closing of a hatch covering the access port and/or raising and lowering a safety railing system based on said information and/or user input. Said hatch system may include an actuator and guides for automatically locking/unlocking and opening/closing a hatch, an actuator and guides for automatically raising/lowering a railing system, safety monitoring detectors/apparatuses, and a centralized controller.

Apparatus for Converting Motion
An assembly for converting motion comprises a first arm and a second arm rotatable about first and second fixed pivots; a third arm pivotably connected to the second arm; a first connecting arm pivotably connected to and extending between the first arm and the third arm; a second connecting arm pivotably connected to and extending between the first arm and the second arm; and a locking assembly comprising a first locking member and a second locking member, the first locking member connected to one of the arms and engaging with the second locking member at one or more positions from the retracted position to the extended position. The assembly may comprise the guide assembly comprising a guide member and an engagement member moveably engageable with the guide member.
UNIT FOR COVERING AND UNCOVERING A SURFACE USING SELF-PROPELLED ADJUSTABLE SLATS
The invention relates to a unit for covering and uncovering a surface using adjustable slats (3), comprising: for each slat (3), a set of two carriages (10.sub.1, 10.sub.2) guided in translation along guide tracks (8); a system (II) for moving the slats (3), comprising two movement motors (12) for each carriage pair (10.sub.1, 10.sub.2) equipping a slat, each motor being mounted in a different carriage; a system (I) for orientating the slats (3), comprising at least one orientation motor (14) for each carriage pair equipping a slat, said at least one motor being mounted in at least one of the carriages; and a control device for moving at least part of the slats in translation and orientating said slats.
UNIDIRECTIONALLY SWINGING LINKAGE SHUTTER, LINKAGE SHUTTER SKYLIGHT ROOF, AND SHUTTER BLADES
The invention discloses an unidirectionally swinging linkage shutter, a roof with the shutter and a louver blade. The shutter includes a frame and a louver blade, the frame includes a longitudinal keel, the longitudinal keel includes longitudinal keel body and a positioning bar, a pin hole is defined on the positioning bar and beyond the wall, one end of the louver blade close to the indoor is hinged on the pin hole via a pin shaft, the louver blade includes a protruding section protruding outward, a linkage connection position is defined on the protruding section. The roof with the shutter includes a transverse roof beam, a longitudinal roof beam and a louver blade, the longitudinal keel includes a longitudinal keel body and a positioning bar, the positioning bar is provided with a pin hole. The structure of the louver blade is the same as above. In the present invention, the linkage bar will not interfere after the louver blades are closed, and the sealing performance is good, and the water and wind shielding effects of the louver blades are good; it is convenient to install and disassemble the louver blades on site, and can avoid the arbitrary removal of the louver blades from the outside.
Polyform Folding Building System
The present invention relates to a portable building assembly providing a complete structure configured for onsite construction. The structure once packed down can be delivered to site in a flat packed form most efficient for transportation.
Cascading roof with interdependent roof panel sections
A system including a plurality of servers mounted in server racks and a cold aisle containment (CAC), the CAC including a roof system, wherein the roof system includes a frame, a plurality of roof panels, wherein each roof panel is connected to the frame and is rotatable with respect to the frame, and a holding mechanism for holding a first roof panel among the plurality of roof panels in a closed position, wherein each roof panel among the plurality of roof panels overlaps at least one adjacent roof panel among the plurality of roof panels, and wherein release of the holding mechanism causes each of the roof panels to rotate to an open position in a cascading manner.
