T-BAR CLAMP FOR SUSPENDED CEILING GRID AND METHOD OF USE
An assembly for coupling polyethylene or similar sheeting to a suspended ceiling system to form a temporary curtain barrier. A first component has a pointed shaft configured to pierce through the sheeting, and a pair of opposing jaws configured to grip opposing edges of a T-shaped rail of the ceiling system. A second component is configured to engage the shaft of the first component to lock the first component to the tee and trap the sheeting impaled on the shaft.
Two-piece track system
A fire-rated receiver channel includes at least one intumescent or other fire-resistant material strip. The receiver channel can nest with a framing member, such as metal tracks, headers, header tracks, sill plates, bottom tracks, metal studs, wood studs or wall partitions, and placed at a perimeter of a wall assembly to create a fire block arrangement. In other arrangements, a track assembly includes two nested tracks, an inner track and outer track. The assembly is designed so that the outside width of the outer track is equal to or less than the outside width of the inner track to present a substantially flush external surface for attachment of exterior sheathing elements when the assembly is used in an external wall.
Partition clip
A universal partition clip is formed from a single piece of sheet metal and is adapted to be efficiently mounted to the underside of a T-bar flange. The clip comprises a bottom panel of generally uniform width and a pair of parallel side panels with a pair of generally coplanar lips spaced above the bottom panel. Integral resilient tabs are spaced above the bottom panel and have portions slightly above the lips. The tabs and lips cooperate to mount the clip to the flange portion of the T-bar member.
Vertical folding wall partition and method of deploying same
A folding wall partition includes foldable panel assemblies. Each panel assembly includes an upper panel and a lower panel. The upper and lower panels extend substantially in a common vertical plane when in a deployed position, and extend laterally outwardly of the common vertical plane in a stacked relationship when in a stored position. A moving mechanism engages the panel assemblies to displace them between the stored and deployed positions. A cover assembly has cover panels. The cover panels extend in a first common horizontal plane when in the deployed position and are substantially coplanar with the ceiling to conceal a cavity. The cover panels extend in a second common horizontal plane higher than the first common horizontal plane and within the cavity when the cover panels are in the stored position.

FIRE-RATED WALL AND CEILING SYSTEM
The present application is directed toward fire-rated wall construction components and wall systems for use in building construction. Embodiments can include tracks for holding studs which incorporate various geometries capable of receiving fire-retardant material, flat straps for use between tracks and fluted wall components, fire sponges for use in fluted wall components, and tracks with protruding grooves or other structures which prevent unwanted air movement between a wallboard component and the track.
RECONFIGURABLE WALL HANGER MOUNTING SYSTEM
A reconfigurable wall hanger mounting system having a plurality of different types of interchangeable wall modules with different types of compatible connection components, each connection component being configured to align with another connection component at an interface. A channel is formed between two connection components in which a support rail or other accessory may be secured to support a ceiling. Another channel is defined by the connection component that can receive other accessories and accessory mounting mechanisms. A door-opening header module may be secured to a connection component so that a flush surface between the support rail, ceiling, and door-opening header module is created across the top of a door-opening in the reconfigurable wall system.

Profile and Construction Element Set for Arranging a Component for a Drywall Construction, and Drywall Formed Therewith
The invention relates to a profile for arranging a component for a drywall construction, in particular a profile for a preferably ceiling-side fastening of a drywall, preferably a profile for a drywall comprising a panelled stud frame. Furthermore, the invention relates to a construction element set and to a drywall having such a profile. The invention provides a profile of the aforementioned generic type that can accommodate a possible relative movement of components of a drywall construction in an improved manner. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the profile has, in its cross section, substantially a U shape which comprises a web and two adjoining flanges, wherein the flanges are each designed to be resilient to the same degree and/or in the same manner in the direction which is substantially orthogonal to the web surface.
