Disclosed herein are tiles, systems, and methods related to manufacturing bullnose or other non-straight edge tiles. In a method of manufacturing a bullnose tile, the method comprises the steps of providing a tile, wherein said tile is a fired ceramic tile comprising a base and a decoration; cutting or milling the tile to form a bullnose edge; transporting the tile to at least a first printing station; printing at least one print layer of print media on the bullnose edge; transporting the tile to a curing station and curing the print media to provide the bullnose tile.

DECORATIVE CONCRETE WITH UNIFORM SURFACE AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
20210254335 · 2021-08-19 ·

A decorative concrete with a very uniform finish surface and a method of fabricating the same is disclosed. A concrete mixture is poured over a subgrade which defines an exposed surface. The exposed surface is finished with any of several techniques, and the surface is then worked with an abrasive material, and additional techniques are used to color and seal the concrete.

ARCHITECTURAL RESIN PANEL WITH INCORPORATED SCRAP MATERIALS
20210245400 · 2021-08-12 ·

An architectural resin panel that incorporates plastic granules fused together to form a panel core. A portion of the plastic granules are contaminant granules that at least partially include a contaminant material, such as a piece of fabric, plastic film, or plant material. The granules used to form the panel core may be sourced from waste plastic material that would otherwise be required to undergo waste processing.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ADHERING CLADDING

System and method of applying cladding to a wall surface comprising applying a cementitious layer to the wall surface, the cementitious layer bonding to the wall surface, and apply a layer of cladding to the cementitious layer, the cladding bonding to the cementitious layer. The wall surface may comprise a panel and, in particular, a prefabricated panel. The cementitious layer may be a structural layer of the prefabricated panel.

Small mobile space

A small mobile space includes a top plate, a bottom plate, and wall modules between the top plate and the bottom plate and is connected in sequence. The top plate, the bottom plate and the wall modules jointly define an accommodating space. A door assembly is arranged on at least one of the wall modules. A joint between every two adjacent wall modules, a joint between each wall module and the top plate, as well as a joint between the bottom plate and each of wall modules are clamped respectively by using a concave-convex structure. An air inlet module is arranged in the top plate and includes an air inlet channel, and a sound absorption component in the air inlet channel. An air inlet of the air inlet channel is communicated to the outside. An air outlet of the air inlet channel is communicated with the accommodating space.

Wooden decorative panel and method for manufacturing same, insert molding using wooden decorative panel, and method for manufacturing insert molding

A wooden decorative panel has rough texture and non-glossy look of veneer. A wooden decorative panel manufacturing method enables manufacture of the wooden decorative panel with a small material loss. The wooden decorative panel includes a veneer made from natural wood and having a plurality of surface irregularities due to vessels of the wood, and a transfer layer transferred from a transfer film and bonded to a surface of the veneer. The transfer layer has surface irregularities that are similar in shape to the plurality of surface irregularities. The wooden decorative panel has the feel and the appearance of natural veneer due to the irregularities formed by the vessels, and the durability sufficient for use as an industrial product.
