Temporary support stand for a volumetric modular unit
A support stand for supporting a volumetric modular unit above the ground is disclosed. The support stand includes a top portion with a top surface for contacting and supporting an underside of the modular unit above the ground. A bottom portion with a bottom surface supports the top portion at an elevation above the ground against the underside of the modular unit. An elevating portion has a top side connected to the top portion, a bottom side connected to the bottom portion, and an elevating span between the top side and the bottom side. A pad is connected to the bottom portion. The pad has a bottom surface for contacting and supporting the bottom portion against the ground, an inner pad perimeter and an outer pad perimeter. The top surface is parallel with the bottom surface. The underside and weight of the modular unit is supported on the top surface.
STRUCTURAL GLASS BEAM ELEMENTS AND CONNECTION SYSTEM
A glass beam element, for constructing a loadbearing structure, comprises at least one elongate structural reinforcement section extending along a longitudinal direction, and at least one glass segment bonded to said at least one elongate structural reinforcement section. The at least one elongate structural reinforcement section comprises a weldable material, and the at least one glass segment has a length along the longitudinal direction that is shorter than the elongate structural reinforcement section such as to allow welding of an end region of the at least one elongate structural reinforcement section without thereby damaging the at least one glass segment.

Floor panel
A floor panel includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate. The top layer is composed of a print and a transparent thermoplastic layer having a thickness of 0.5 mm or less and being situated above said print. The floor panel, at least on two opposite edges, is provided with a straight or curved chamfer extending to below the global level of the print.
SUPPORT FOR INSTALLING AND SUPPORTING PORCH POSTS
A support for installing a porch post comprises a body. The body includes a ground end and a post end opposite of the ground end. A base is disposed on the ground end of the body. Two or more sidewalls extend from the base toward the post end. One or more open cross-members extend between the two or more sidewalls. The ground end may include a ground surface comprising grippers or stanchions extending away from the ground surface for securing the support with the ground.

Triangular stud shaft wall system
A shaft wall assembly system including triangular shaped steel studs with one or more layers of wall board secured to one side of the triangular shaped steel studs. The triangular steel studs preferably rest in a notched floor runner and a notched ceiling runner. The one or more layers of wall board are then directly attached to a flat side of the triangular stud with properly sized steel screws. This system will be useful as a shaft wall system or in locations where attachment of wall board to both sides of a wall system is not feasible.
