Some embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a composite roofing membrane. In some embodiments, the composite roofing membrane comprises a roofing membrane and a roofing composite. In some embodiments, the roofing composite comprises a cap layer and a reinforcing material. In some embodiments, composite roofing membrane comprises an adhesive positioned between the roofing composite and the roofing membrane. In some embodiments, the adhesive comprises a moisture-cure adhesive. In some embodiment, the adhesive comprises a silane-terminated polymer, a polymethylmethacrylate or combinations thereof.

Permeable water resistive roof underlayment

The present invention relates to a water resistant, UV resistant, vapor permeable, air barrier roofing underlayment assembly for use on flat or low sloped roofs comprising a substrate of permeable polyester, a permeable copolymer acrylate coating bonded to the permeable polyester substrate and a pressure sensitive permeable copolymer adhesive secured to the acrylate coating. The permeable coating is a copolymer including a primary polymer of n-butyl acrylate and contains carbon black.

A removable liner covers the adhesive portion and can be removed to press the tape onto a pair of adjacent substrate surfaces. Once the tape has been pressed onto the substrate surfaces, the adhesive portion covers a gap located between the substrate surfaces and adheres to each substrate surface.
