PROCESS FOR PRODUCING ISOCYANATE-BASED FOAM CONSTRUCTION BOARDS
A process for producing a polyurethane or polyisocyanurate construction board, the process comprising of providing an A-side reactant stream that includes an isocyanate-containing compound; providing a B-side reactant stream that includes a polyol, where the B-side reactant steam includes a blowing agent mixture including isopentane and a blowing agent additive that has a Hansen Solubility Parameter (δ.sub.t) that is greater than 15 MPa.sup.0.5; and mixing the A-side reactant stream with the B-side reactant stream to produce a reaction mixture.
ADHERED ROOF STRUCTURE WITH TWO COMPONENT ADHESIVES
A roof structure comprises a roof membrane and a roof substrate. A first surface of the roof membrane is adhered to the roof substrate by a two component adhesive, the adhesive being capable of adhering the first surface of the roof membrane to the roof substrate without the use of a high VOC solvent. The two component adhesive includes a Michael donor and a Michael acceptor, and the Michael donor and the Michael acceptor react to form an adhesive film.
LIQUID APPLIED ROOFING COMPOSITE
The invention relates to a liquid applied roofing membrane which contains a textile with a compatibility coating covering essentially all of the fibers of the textile forming a coated textile, a first membrane, and a second membrane. The textile contains a plurality of yarns, the yarns comprising a plurality of fibers. The compatibility coating has a weight of between about 0.5 and 10% of the weight of the textile and contains a first chemistry. The first membrane contains a second chemistry and is located on the first side of the textile, forms the lower surface of the roofing membrane, and covers at least a majority of the second side of the textile. The second membrane contains a third chemistry and is located on the second side of the textile. The first, second, and third chemistries comprise the same class of polymeric material.
METHOD OF USING A SELF ADHERING ROOFING MEMBRANE
A method of covering a roof deck involves adhering a preformed, self adhering single ply roofing membrane which includes a water impermeable membrane, a pressure sensitive, hot melt adhesive adhered to one side of the water impermeable membrane, and a release liner on the side of the pressure sensitive, hot melt adhesive opposite of the water impermeable membrane.

Building membrane with drainage matrix and horizontal adhesive portions
A building wrap membrane comprising a sheet of spunbonded polypropylene fabric member with integral adhesive attachment strips mounted on the front and back of the sheet and a drainage matrix secured to the sheet front surface comprised of individual thermoplastic threads randomly laid down to form a net and secured together by heat bonding with the threads formed into spaced rows with a plurality of expansion joints formed across matrix rows.

Thermoplastic roofing membranes for fully-adhered roofing systems
A thermoplastic roofing membrane including a planar thermoplastic sheet, optionally having more than one layer, where at least one layer of the membrane includes an ethylene-based olefinic block copolymer, and where the sheet is characterized by a storage modulus of less than 450 MPa at 0° C.

Roofing systems and roofing boards with non-halogenated fire retardant
According to one embodiment, a halogen free roof system is described. The roof system includes a structural deck that is positioned above joists or other support members. Polyisocyanurate foam insulation is positioned atop the structural deck. The polyisocyanurate foam insulation has an isocyanate index greater than 200 and includes a polyisocyanurate core having a halogen free fire retardant. A water proof membrane is positioned atop the polyisocyanurate foam insulation. The polyisocyanurate core is able to form a sufficiently stable char when exposed to flame conditions such that the polyisocyanurate core is able to pass the ASTM E-84 test.
