Metal roof flashing system
A metal roof flashing system includes a pipe flashing assembly including a triangular base flashing, a rubber vent support, and a lower flashing seal. The pipe flashing assembly is structured to receive a roof vent pipe and form a watertight seal around a plumbing vent stack on a roof surface or side wall of a building. The rubber vent support is flexible and contours to and around the roof vent pipe and form a seal. The pipe flashing assembly is able to be installed on a metal roof surface of a building.
Method and apparatus for installation of roof equipment
The present subject matter provides apparatus for connecting a roof assembly to a membrane using at least one backer rod connected to the membrane, including: counterflashing disposed about the perimeter of the roof assembly, the counterflashing including a plurality of grips configured to receive and engage the at least one backer rod in contact with the membrane, so as to hold the membrane securely in position and maintain a weather seal at a desired flashing height of the membrane. In various examples, the roof assembly includes a roof hatch, window, or other fenestration unit. In various examples, the present subject matter provides a hatch attached to a wall for sealing an opening. In various examples, the present subject matter provides a method for operating a roof assembly for connection to a roof membrane.

Roof mounting system
A roof mount assembly mounts a structure to a roof having a rafter and a substrate supported by the rafter. The roof mount assembly includes a piece of flashing positioned on the substrate. The flashing includes a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface and an aperture extending through the flashing. A fastener extends through the flashing aperture. A bracket is connected to the flashing via the fastener, and the bracket is sized to support at least one roof-mounted structure on the roof. A seal is positioned between the flashing aperture and the fastener. The seal is sized to form a water-tight seal with the aperture to inhibit flow of fluid through the aperture. The seal includes a first portion and a second portion, in which the first portion is positioned to abut the flashing first surface and the second portion is positioned to extend through the aperture.

Multiple roof curbs for supporting a rooftop mechanical unit
A building including a roof and a rooftop mechanical unit, the rooftop mechanical unit being supported on top of the roof by at least a first roof curb and a second roof curb, a gap being provided between the roof curbs, each of the roof curbs being less than 15 feet in length; wind can blow snow through the gap and out the other side, which inhibits the buildup of a snowdrift which undesirably increases roof load.
ROOFING PUTTY, METHODS AND SYSTEMS UTILIZING THE SAME
Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a roofing putty. In some embodiments, the roofing putty is a formulation that comprises at least one polysiloxane, at least one silane, and at least one filler. Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a system comprising the roofing putty and at least one roof substrate. Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method of using the roofing putty, such as, but not limited to, by disposing the roofing putty on at least one roof substrate.

Vent Pipe Seal Fitting
A through the hole vent pipe fitting seal includes a generally hollow cylindrical main body having an annular flange extending outwardly thereof perpendicular to the axis of said main body. An annular sealing member is positioned against a lower surface of the annular flange. An annular clamping member is movably attached on the main body to clamp the seal around a hole in a construction material on which the fitting is to be mounted.
Roof vent adaptors and methods
Various roof vent adaptors are disclosed. The roof vent adaptors can be used to seal penetrations on buildings, such as vent penetrations on metal or non-metal roofs. In various embodiments, the roof vent adaptor includes a sealing member, an outer securing unit and an inner securing unit. The roof vent adaptor can be secured to the roof to provide a generally liquid-tight seal around the roof vent, thereby inhibiting or preventing water intrusion into the building.
