Roof cleaning processes and associated systems
Roof cleaning processes and associated systems are disclosed. A representative process includes dispensing a cleaning fluid on the roof, at least restricting the cleaning fluid from exiting the roof via a roof drain, and collecting the cleaning fluid from the roof and directing the cleaning fluid to a sanitary sewer. A representative system includes a pump coupleable to a source of water and configured to pressurize the water, a surface cleaner coupled to the pump with a water line to receive pressurized water, a vacuum source coupled to the surface cleaner with a vacuum line to remove wastewater produced by the surface cleaner, and a retainer configured to be removably attached to a building at least proximate to a roof of the building, the retainer being removably coupleable to the vacuum line and the water line to at least restrict movement of the vacuum line and the water line.
Blower extension with video feed
A blower extension with video feed having a flexible tube that is selectively engageable with a standard blower. A vertical adjustable tube is attached to the flexible tube. The vertical adjustable tube has an upper section slidadbly disposed within a lower section such that the upper section has a compacted position, a plurality of alternate extended positions, and an alternate maximum reach position. A collar disposed on the lower section is configured to tighten and loosen to fix the upper section. A 90 elbow is disposed on the upper section. A horizontal fixed tube is disposed on the elbow, and an angled nozzle with a bend and a reducer is disposed on a terminal end of the horizontal fixed tube. A camera is disposed within a camera housing attached to the upper section, and a monitor in operational communication with the camera is disposed on the lower section.
BLOWER
A blower reduces debris blown toward an operator when air is jetted from a distal end of a blower pipe. A blower includes a blower body and a blower pipe. The blower body includes an impeller drivable to rotate by a prime mover, and a casing accommodating the impeller. The casing includes an air inlet and an air outlet. The blower pipe includes a basal end coupled to the air outlet, a distal end from which air ejected through the air outlet is jetted, and a peripheral wall having one or more openings.
Quadcopter pressure washer
A quadcopter pressure washer that may facilitate cleaning objects and surfaces in remote areas. The quadcopter pressure washer includes a tubular airframe, a plurality of rotary motors, a battery and controller, a pair of antennae, a signal receiver, a nozzle, a turret, a high-pressure hose, a pressure washer, a direct current or a DC power source, an alternating current/direct current or a AC/DC converter and a 120V AC power source. The quadcopter pressure washer also includes an operator control panel include additional a pair of antennae that extend upward in a programmable position from the operator control panel to transmit or receive any suitable electromagnetic signals. The additional pair of antennae utilizes state-of-the-art Doppler radar technology in electrical communication with the battery and controller. The operator control panel includes a signal emitter positioned in front of the operator control panel.
Fluid control device and associated methods
Embodiments of the present invention are related to a fluid control device for cleaning elevated channels including a top, a bottom, a first side, a second side, and a pair of angled exterior upper surfaces. The top includes a top aperture structured to receive tubing therein and the first side and second side include a spout respectively. The fluid control device is structured to receive fluid into the device top and direct that fluid out the first side and second side at downward side angles.
ROOF CLEANING DEVICE
A roof cleaning device. The roof cleaning device includes at least a blower and an elongated tube. The blower includes a housing, a motor disposed in the housing, and a blower nozzle. The elongated tube includes a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end is coupled to the blower nozzle to receive the air from the blower and the distal end includes an opening. The motor is operable to propel air out of the nozzle, into the elongated tube and out of the opening of the distal end of the elongated tube.
Roof cleaning system
A roof cleaning system for removing snow from a roof includes a crane that has a boom and a man box that is coupled to the boom. The crane positions the man box above a roof of a building. A sweeper is coupled to the man box and the sweeper sweeps snow from the roof. The sweeper is operationally coupled to the crane.
Deck gap cleaning tool
One embodiment of a tool for cleaning the gaps between boards (48) that includes a handle (42) attached to a handle adapter (36) that is fastened to an elongated tube (20) at a midpoint. A plurality of independently adjustable blades (22) are slid onto the tube (20), and secured with pressure by fasteners. Height-adjustment glides (30) are fastened to the tube (20) so that the blades (22) are positioned at a depth for both the most effective cleaning of gaps (48), and also to avoid the blades (22) having excessive contact with supporting joists (46) during tool operation. The glides (30) are made so they will slide over the deck surface without causing damage to boards (44) or surface treatments. To remove accumulated debris, the blades (22) are moved back and forth in the gaps (48) by pulling and pushing the handle (42).
Roofing tool for cleaning seams of roofing plies
A roofing tool has a tubular member with a length and opposite proximal and distal ends. The proximal end is configured to be grasped by a user and the distal end has an opening into a hollow interior of the tubular member. A shaft has a length with opposite proximal and distal ends. The shaft is disposed in the interior of the tubular member and movable therein. The shaft proximal end corresponds generally to the tubular member proximal end and the shaft distal end extends through the tubular member distal end opening. A roller is operatively connected to the distal end of the shaft. The roller is configured to rotate about a roller axis which is perpendicular to the shaft length. A cleaning pad is spaced from the distal end of the tubular member and the roller. The cleaning pad extends in a direction transverse to the tubular member length.
