Roof material storage bracket
A system includes a plurality of storage brackets installed on a roof deck, each including a base plate, an arm and optionally a head and a receptacle. The arm is optionally rotatable. The receptacle of one of a first pair of storage brackets is configured to receive the head of another of the first pair of storage brackets. The receptacle of one of a second pair of storage brackets is configured to receive the head of another of the second pair of storage brackets. The first and second pairs of storage brackets are spaced apart from one another. The brackets are configured to receive at least one roofing material, which is positioned on the base plate of at least one of the first pair of brackets and at least one of the second pair of brackets.
ROOFING SHINGLES WITH HANDLES
A roofing shingle includes a head lap and at least one solar cell. The head lap includes at least one handle located between a first end and a second end of the shingle and proximate to a first edge thereof. The at least one handle includes at least one cutout and a gripping portion. The at least one cutout is sized and shaped to receive an external object to facilitate transporting the shingle by a user.
ROOF SHINGLE DAMAGE IDENTIFICATION CLIP, SYSTEM, AND METHODS
In accordance with a version, one or more identification clips, identification clip systems, and methods are provided which safely attach to and identify a plurality of damaged shingles to visually demonstrate and ascertain the extent of roof damage from a distance, particularly from the perspective of someone standing on the ground.

ROOF SLING SHINGLE SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A shingle support apparatus includes a first brace and a second brace, with each of the braces having elongated bodies with a length between 3.0 feet and 4.0 feet. The second brace extends parallel to and spaced apart from the elongated body of the first brace. A strap joins the first brace to the second brace. The strap has an adjustable length for changing a distance between the first brace and the second brace based on a pitch of a roof. Each of the braces may have a cross- sectional shape of one of a circle, a rectangle, or a square. A method of using the shingle support apparatus is also provided.
Cement siding tolerance device and measurement tool
A cement siding tolerance device and measurement tool, which has a main panel having a tab and a ridge, whereby the tab and the ridge perpendicularly extend from the main panel at opposite sides. The main panel has a front face, a rear face, a top edge, a bottom edge, first and second lateral edges, and a plurality of holes. The main panel has ruler-markings adjacent to the first and second lateral edges. The main panel is rectangular in shape. The tab perpendicularly extends from the front face separated a predetermined distance from the bottom edge, and the ridge perpendicularly extends from the bottom edge at the rear face. The tab and the ridge measure clearances and gaps between siding and trim products with solid surfaces building elements.
Method and device for cutting custom-sized tiles
A device for use in creating custom tiles for installation adjacent an angled vertical surface is disclosed. An example device includes first and second elongated members coupled via a hinge configured to selectively prevent pivoting at the hinge. The device further includes a slide piece coupled to the first member and configured to slide lengthwise along the first member. The slide piece may be selectively operated to prevent movement along the first member. The slide piece may further include a body. The body may comprise a longitudinal alignment element and a perpendicular lateral alignment element that together define a recess configured to receive a corner of an installed tile. The body may further include a spacer configured to selectively extend from or retract into the body. The spacer and the lateral alignment element may define a space therebetween.

Shingle cutting machine
A shingle cutting machine having a frame having an upper frame assembly and a lower frame assembly is disclosed. The upper frame assembly is pivotable relative to the lower frame assembly between a shingle loading position and a shingle cutting position. The shingle cutting machine has a receiving area defined in the lower frame assembly for receiving a shingle therein. An upper blade assembly is provided on the upper frame assembly and a lower blade assembly is provided on the lower frame assembly. The upper and lower blade assemblies are operable in the receiving area to cut a shingle in the receiving area. A collection area defined vertically below the receiving area does not extend outwardly beyond a perimeter of the lower frame assembly. Shingle tabs cut from the shingle drop directly from the receiving area and into the collection area.
Shingle cutting knife blade
A novel cutting device useful for cutting asphalt shingles and other roofing products features a blade having a top edge, a bottom edge located on an opposite side of the blade relative to the top edge, and left and right edges; a lower cutting edge adjacent the left or right edge; an upper sharpened edge positioned above the lower cutting edge and adjacent the same edge as the lower cutting edge, wherein the upper sharpened edge and the lower cutting edge are configured for cutting; at least one inner edge emanating from the bottom edge and angled towards the top edge, wherein the inner edge is tangent to the upper sharpened edge; and at least on fin or nodule disposed between the lower cutting edge and the upper sharpened edge, wherein the bottom edge is parallel to and shorter than the top edge.
