METHOD AND SYSTEM OF APPLYING A VISCOUS FLUID MATERIAL TO A ROOFING SURFACE
20210123240 · 2021-04-29 ·

This invention relates to a method and system of applying a fluid material to a roofing surface. By modifying a peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device, a fluid material having a viscosity of 10,000 to 40,000 centipoise at 25 C. can be effectively sprayed onto a roofing surface. Additionally, the use of a modified peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device allows for the fluid material to be applied onto the roofing surface at a faster rate than other spraying methods.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
20210031219 · 2021-02-04 ·

An application system for applying a substance over a predetermined surface includes a frame movable over the predetermined surface, a pressurized carrier source, a vessel containing the substance. The system further includes a first conduit for conveying the substance from the vessel to at least one nozzle and a second conduit for conveying a pressurized carrier from the pressurized carrier source to the at least one nozzle for applying a mixture of the pressurized carrier and the substance over the predetermined surface. The system further includes a cover laterally surrounding the at least one nozzle for minimizing overspray of the mixture, the frame carrying the pressurized carrier source, the vessel, the first conduit, the second conduit, and the cover.

Rubber coating

Methods utilizing a rubber coating developed from chemical devulcanization are disclosed herein. One method includes chemically devulcanizing rubber to create liquid rubber, placing the liquid rubber into a mold configured to form a liner for use with a casket, and drying the liquid rubber to form the liner, which lines an interior of the casket. Another method includes chemically devulcanizing rubber into liquid rubber, placing the liquid rubber into a pressurized spray container, forming a liquid rubber coating spray by preserving the liquid rubber within the spray container, spraying the liquid rubber onto a surface, and drying the liquid rubber to solidify it over the surface. An alternative method includes chemically devulcanizing rubber into liquid rubber, mixing the liquid rubber with asphalt to form a liquid rubber-asphalt mixture, paving a surface with the liquid rubber-asphalt mixture, and drying the liquid rubber-asphalt mixture to solidify it over the surface.
