Relocatable corrosion control facility
A relocatable corrosion control facility preferably includes a red zone, a yellow zone and a green zone. The red zone is a work area. The work area preferably includes at least one combination paint and sanding booth, an eye wash, a compressor, an air tank, a storage enclosure and a hazardous storage. The yellow zone is an undressing area. The undressing area preferably includes at least two air showers; a respirator and personal protective equipment locker room (RPPE); and at least one dirty locker room. The technician removes equipment in the RPPE locker room and exits into a dirty locker room. The dirty locker room includes dirty clothes storage, showers and sinks. An exit of each dirty locker room leads into a green zone. The green zone is a staging area. The staging area includes at least one clean locker room, at least one office and a lobby.

Each of the plurality of extension-bodies has a male-push-button-adjuster-coupler and an extension-tubular-body. The system may include one or more assemblies and may be configured without the use of tools.

Pivoting stairs
A swiveling staircase is provided for access to a device disposed above the ground at a distance that a person of an ordinary height is not able to reach. The staircase includes an immobile upright stanchion and a staircase assembly pivotally coupled to the stanchion. The staircase assembly includes a platform on the top of a plurality of stairs. The staircase assembly rotates between a first position where the staircase is docked out of way for storage and a second position where the staircase assembly is facing the front side of the device so that an operator standing on the platform may be able to reach the device.
Hybrid Residential and Commercial Building
A hybrid residential and commercial building. The building includes two or more ground floor single-story units configured for commercial use that each have a front facing entry for providing access to each individual unit. The building further includes two or more multi-story units configured for residential use situated above the ground floor units, wherein each of the multi-story units has a dedicated rear facing entry. The building has a front side facing a public street and a rear side facing a private courtyard area. Additionally, the individual ground floor units are separated by removable demising walls, which allows a business to expand by combining adjacent units. The hybrid residential and commercial building provides an economically efficient alternative to current building types that are restricted to a single type of use by providing for both residential and commercial use within a flexible ground-floor space while providing dedicated residential units directly above.
Temporary platform
Provided is a modular construction kit adapted to construct a raised temporary platform, the modular construction kit comprising one or more floor elements (1), wherein the floor element (1) comprises a monocoque structure (6) forming a floor section (21) and a flange section (3), wherein the flange section (3) is adapted to strengthen the floor element (1) and is adapted to be attached to a further floor element (1), wherein the floor elements (1) are load bearing and cooperate together to bear the load of the platform so as to form a self-supporting floor, without the requirement for a supporting floor frame.
