Handrail for scaffolding structures
A handrail, in particular for scaffolding structures, for example stairway scaffolding structures, includes at least two handrail segments connected to one another by a connection unit to provide a continuous handrail, wherein at least one handrail securing element for securing the handrail segment to a scaffolding element is secured to at least one of the handrail segments, wherein the connection unit includes two connection elements that can pivot relative to one another about a pivot axis, wherein at least one connection element is/can be connected to one of the handrail segments connected to one another via the connection unit such that it can rotate about an axis of rotation that is not parallel and not orthogonal in relation to the pivot axis.
Safety handle device
A safety handle device includes a handle tube unit, a plurality of joint members, and a plurality of support tube units. The handle tube unit is formed with a tube channel that has two openings, and has a plurality of mounting holes. Each joint member is detachably disposed in the tube channel and has an engaging bore. Each support tube unit includes a support tube subunit detachably coupled to the handle tube unit, a fastening member passing through the respective mounting hole and engaged detachably with the engaging bore of the respective joint member, a securing seat adapted to be fixed to a wall, and a securing member extending into the support tube subunit and connected to the securing seat.
Modular deck apparatus
A deck apparatus for assembly with a pair of opposing brace frames interconnected by a pair opposing connector bases and a deck board top frame having a plurality of deck boards disposed thereon, the connector bases having opposing posts for being received in openings in a lower end of the opposing brace frames ends and the deck board top frame having posts for being received in an upper end of the opposing brace frames, and optionally attaching a stairs riser having a plurality of spaced-apart treads or a ramp riser for extending from a deck surface at a height to a vertically lower support surface.
GUARDRAIL FORMED FROM FOLDED SHEET METAL
A guardrail formed of folded sheet metal includes a face panel, a top panel extending rearwardly from the top edge of the face panel, a return panel extending downwardly from a return edge of the face panel, the return edge being opposite the top edge, and an end panel extending rearwardly from a side edge of the face panel and having the same width as the distance as the distance between the front surface of the face and the back surface of the return panel, the end panel having an upwardly extending upper portion being narrower than the main body of the end panel so that it is freely received in a downwardly facing channel formed by the face, top and return panels.
Railing system
In a railing system comprising a railing panel frontage which extends continuously along the course of the railing and consists of a plurality of mutually adjacent railing panels, in order to increase an additional resistance and security against destruction, an additional securing element, which, given a properly erected railing, extends between a handrail profile, resting on the railing panels, and a structural body or a holding profile disposed on the structural body and connects the handrail profile to the structural body or the holding profile, is provided.

SNAP FIT POSTS FOR FENCE PANELS BALUSTRADES AND THE LIKE
A post for a fit together panel comprising at least one said post and at least one slat, the post comprising a base member and a cover member, the cover member comprising a pair of sidewalls and an interconnecting end wall, the interconnecting end wall containing a plurality of openings through which the end of a slat can pass, the sidewalls adapted for extension over the channel member, the base member comprising a base wall and opposed sidewalls, at least one sidewall comprising a clamping leg adapted for clamping engagement against the end of a said slat passing through a said opening in the cover member, and snap fitting means on the channel member and/or the cover member to enable the channel member and the cover member to be snap fitted together.
Locking system for a stair assistance device
A stair assistance device for use with a handrail, the device comprising a sleeve engageable with and slideable relative to the handrail, and a brake element to hinder or prevent sliding movement of the sleeve, wherein, when the sleeve is engaged with a handrail, the brake element is resiliently biased towards the handrail, to hinder or prevent movement of the sleeve when the device is not in use.
Handrail mounting system
A handrail system includes an elongated rail member; a plurality of attachment elements slidably carried on a back side of the elongated rail member; a plurality of brackets; and a plurality of pins wherein each pin is engageable through a distal end portion of a bracket to fix the attachment element to the bracket. According to the system, the brackets can be pre-mounted at spaced-apart positions onto a wall using fasteners, and then the rail member, with the carried attachment elements, can be mounted to the brackets by slidably adjusting the attachment elements along the rail member to register with the corresponding brackets. A pin is used at each attachment element/bracket pair to fix the attachment elements to the brackets and thus the rail member to the wall.
Handrail mountable wireless components installation apparatus
A handrail mountable wireless components installation apparatus and related method of installation are disclosed. The apparatus/method includes a shell having two parts, a wireless components housing and a lid; and a chassis for the fixedly but detachable mounting within the shell of the wireless electronic components necessary to provide a WiFi signal, as for example a router and an antenna, the chassis equipped with two sets of brackets. One set of brackets provides the anchoring means for the fastening of the lid onto the housing. The second set of brackets allows the enclosure to be mounted on the handrail. Optionally, the chassis is provided with a mounting plate for the mounting of a router and an opening capable of accommodating an antenna without impeding the flow of the antenna signal. Optionally, the weather resistant handrail mountable wireless components installation apparatus also comprises a gasket.
