METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR CREATING GIRIH STRAPWORK PATTERNS
A kit that includes multiple rectilinear elongate polygonal elements having five unique shapes, four of which are concave polygonal elements. In some examples, when arranged with respect to one another, the elements of the kit form a girih strapwork pattern. In one aspect, respective elements in a kit may include bezels or boarders along longer sides to enhance an over/under weaving effect of the girih strapwork pattern. In other aspects, one or more elements may be formed as a tray, and some of the trays may include various components or materials disposed in the tray (e.g., architectural surface materials, biological systems, various electronic components) to provide for a variety of creative designs and structural/sculptural installations for built environments. In some implementations, one or more such trays may have beveled rims so as to appear light and thin when viewed.
Single panel siding product
A siding product may include a panel having a substantially rectangular structure with a simulated pattern on a front face thereof. The panel may be formed from a polymer and may include color variegation. The panel may have a hollow back and be a single shake configuration that does not simulate more than one shake or more than one course of siding. The siding product may include a panel having a front face with a simulated pattern. The panel can include a hollow back, a longitudinal length extending in an x-direction, a lateral width extending in a y-direction, and a transverse depth extending in a z-direction. The panel can have a plurality of reinforcement ribs on the hollow back that extend longitudinally in the x-direction and transversely in the z-direction. In a version, none of the reinforcement ribs extend laterally in the y-direction.

Insulation system for buildings
An insulation system for coupling to a building substrate comprising a plurality of insulation panels, bracket members and splice members. Each insulation panel includes a longitudinal slot. Each bracket member is formed from a polymer and includes an elongated body having a body wall, a first end wall and a second end wall. Upper and lower ribs extend from the body wall and are structurally configured to extend into the longitudinal slot of each of the plurality of insulation panels, and to elastically deform the longitudinal slot so as to effectively seal along a length thereof, defining a vapor barrier. A similar structure is on each splice member. The bracket members are positioned in a spaced apart relationship with insulation panels therebetween. The upper and lower ribs extend into corresponding ones of the longitudinal slots of the insulation panels, with splice members extending between adjacent adjacently abutting insulation panels.
Mixed stucco block
The invention is a mixed stucco block of gypsum blocks. Due to using a layer of compacted polystyrene in its center, it is much lighter than regular gypsum blocks. In addition, its heat transfer coefficient is less than solid stucco panels. In addition, due to applying some smithereens in it along with support system and innovative Rabyts, mechanical connection of cement mortar is provided for it. Therefore it is possible to use this block in wet places including in bathroom, WC, and as the side wall of the faade.
Hanger for precast cladding panels, and precast panel incorporating same
An elongate hanger for precast cladding panels includes an anchorage band embeddable in an upper region of a precast panel; an abutment band contiguous with the anchorage band and providing an abutment surface for the lower edge of an upper panel in a panel assembly mounted to a support wall; a ventilation band contiguous with and extending horizontally from the abutment band, and having one or more ventilation openings; and a mounting band contiguous with and extending upward from the ventilation band in a tilted off-vertical plane when the panel is mounted to a support wall by fasteners extending through a lower region of the mounting band. The hanger vertically supports the cladding panel at a distance from the support wall corresponding to an air space defined by the selected hanger geometry, with the ventilation openings facilitating the flow of water or water vapor out of the air space.

Self adherent foam based mosaic tile
A mosaic tile member has a backing layer with a top adhesive surface for adhering at least two sets of individual tiles onto the backing layer in spaced relationship to permit grouting between the individual tiles. Each set of individual tiles has a foam base layer that is approximately 67 to 80 percent of the overall thickness of the mosaic tile. A design layer and a transparent protective wear layer cover the foam base layer. The design for one set of individual tiles can differ from the design for the other set of individual tiles. An adhesive is provided on the bottom of the backing layer to enable the mosaic tile to self-adhere to a wall, ceiling and floor surface. Individual tiles in the mosaic tile can be punched out or cut from a blank laminate of the foam base layer, the design layer and the protective wear layer.
DECORATIVE SHEET, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE SHEET
A decorative sheet includes a primary film layer and a surface protection layer, the surface protection layer has a gloss level of 15 or less, the surface protection layer includes on a surface thereof a ridged portion protruding in a ridged pattern and thus has an irregular shape formed on the surface, the surface protection layer contains an ionizing radiation-curable resin as a main material, the ionizing radiation-curable resin contains as a main component a trifunctional acrylic resin having a repeating structure, the repeating structure is any of an ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, or & ?-caprolactone structure, the number of repetitions of the repeating structure is 3 or more, and vinyl groups contained in the ionizing radiation-curable resin is 20% or less relative to carbonyl groups contained in the ionizing radiation-curable resin.
