Flexible corner trim product
A trim piece for sealing a work surface including a body having a first side, a second side, and a span disposed between the first side and the second side, wherein the first side and the second side are joined at a junction defining an angle between the first side and the second side of between 80 degrees and 100 degrees, a topcap is affixed to the span of the body, wherein the topcap includes a left side having a first wing and a right side having a second wing, an adhesive is bonded to the first side of the body and an aperture is disposed within the body.
Multi-seal dock seal
The present multi-seal dock seal has a pair of side seal assemblies that form both a compression seal and a wipe seal with a trailer. The side seal assembly secure to the building wall along the door opening. A wipe seal pad is positioned in front of a compression pad by an extension pad. The flexible pads are formed of polyurethane foam wrapped with a PVC vinyl coated polyester cover. The wipe and extension pads are more rigid than the compression pads, and the compression and extension pads are joined together to further support the extension pad. The side seal assemblies provide sealing zones to accommodate a wide range of truck and trailer types. The multiple seals formed by the multi-seal dock seal ensure a good seal with the trailer when the trailer fully backs into the bay, and when an obstruction prevents it from fully backing into the bay.
MODULAR DECK LIGHT
A deck light assembly for attachment to a deck railing includes a C-shaped body with a core nesting within a cover and a top plate extending between two legs. A foot extends inwardly from each of the legs to engage the bottom of the deck railing and secure the deck light assembly thereon. A solar panel on the top plate charges a battery and causes an LED light to illuminate in the absence of ambient light. A shade on the outer surface of one of the legs directs light downwardly. One leg includes a catch with a planar portion biased inwardly to engage the deck railing and configured to flex outwardly to disengage from the deck railing. A nub extends from the catch for application of an outward force to flex the planar portion for attaching or removing the deck light assembly from the deck railing.

Modular platform system and method of assembly
A modular platform system includes a plurality of tiles, legs, beams, and brackets. Peripheries of the tiles and top surfaces of the beams are configured so that the tiles can snap on to the beams, allowing for easy creation of a platform. The beams, legs, and brackets are all configured so that the beams and legs are easily connected together for platform system creation.

STARTER STRIP
A starter strip for through-wall-flashing of a cement-based exterior finish and hard siding includes a flashing membrane and a body. The flashing membrane has an inner surface that includes first and second inner surface portions containing self-adhering adhesive. The first inner surface portion is configured to permanently attach to at least one wall substrate. The body includes a first vertical leg having an inner surface attached to the second inner surface portion of the flashing membrane. The first vertical leg includes upper and a lower portions. The body also includes a second vertical leg and an outwardly and downwardly projecting leg extending between the lower portion of the first vertical leg and the second vertical leg. The outwardly and downwardly projecting leg includes first and second pluralities of spaced apertures, configured to relieve cavity air pressure and drain water from the body, respectively.

BASEBOARD ELEMENTS AND RELATED METHOD
A baseboard element including a nose portion, a riser portion coupled to the nose portion, and a wall groove portion coupled to the riser portion. The nose portion includes a nose bottom section and a nose face section. The riser portion includes a riser section approximately perpendicular to the nose bottom section. The nose portion is positioned only on a first side of the riser section, and the wall groove portion is positioned only on a second side of the riser section, the second side opposite the first side. The nose bottom section comprises a nose bottom edge that is located at a terminal end of the nose bottom section and that is located closer to a plane defined by the riser section than the nose face section is to the plane. Other embodiments are also provided.
