Cargo net anchor guard
A cargo net anchor guard mountable to an aircraft's cargo hold wall adjacent to an anchor clip assemblies. The cargo net anchor guard is configured to block cargo from impacting at least the anchor clip assembly. The cargo net anchor guard has a ramped deflection surface that can deflect moving cargo inwardly away from the wall and into the cargo net substantially without impacting the anchor clip assembly.
MODULAR PLATFORM SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A modular platform system includes a plurality of tiles, legs, beams, and brackets. Peripheries of the tiles and top surfaces of the beams are configured so that the tiles can snap on to the beams, allowing for easy creation of a platform. The beams, legs, and brackets are all configured so that the beams and legs are easily connected together for platform system creation.

Fire-Resistant Cover for Corbel System
A cover for a corbel that may be incorporated into a precast concrete structure is provided having a shell with an interior and an exterior, triangular sides and a bottom extending between the two sides. The opening in the cover is defined by a perimeter, with a first section of the perimeter lying in a first plane and a second section of the perimeter lying in a second plane. The intersection of the first plane and the second plane forms a right angle. The first section of the perimeter may be attached to the base of the ledge component of the corbel, and the second section of the perimeter may be attached to the back plate of the ledge or the mount plate.
Baseboard elements and related method
A baseboard element including a nose portion, a riser portion, and a wall groove portion coupled to the riser portion. The nose portion includes a nose bottom section and a nose face section. The riser portion includes a riser section extending approximately perpendicular to the nose bottom section and a riser bend coupled to the nose portion. The riser section is substantially planar and defines a plane. The nose portion is positioned only on a first side of the plane defined by the riser section, and the wall groove portion is positioned only on a second side of the plane, the second side opposite the first side. The nose bottom section comprises a nose bottom edge at a terminal end of the nose bottom section. No structure of the baseboard element extends beyond the terminal end of the nose bottom section from the terminal end. The nose bottom edge of the nose bottom section is either approximately at the plane or closer to the plane than the nose face section is to the plane. Other embodiments are also provided.

Method and Apparatus for Protecting Building-Related Elements from Collision Damages
The present disclosure is a method and apparatus for protecting building-related elements from collision damages. The apparatus can be designed to withstand high-impact collisions such as those caused by errant operation of heavy equipment. The method and apparatus are intended to be applicable to buildings already constructed and do not have to be implemented or considered before or during building design. In one exemplary embodiment, the apparatus can protect downspouts of warehouse sprinkler systems from collision damage that could result in pipe eruption.
WATER TABLE WITH IMPROVED INSTALLATION GEOMETRY
A water table as a water diverting transition element sloping downward at an approximately 14° angle between a first upper course of material and second lower course of material on a building surface that includes an upper fastening flange and lower fastening flange that enables installation of the water table either before or after installation of the lower course of material.
WATER TABLE WITH IMPROVED INSTALLATION GEOMETRY

Sealing strip for sealing drywall connecting joints
A sealing strip is for sealing drywall connecting joints. The sealing strip has a centre web with two longitudinal edges, wherein along each longitudinal edge, a sealing profile is arranged having a first profile section, which is arranged along the allocated longitudinal edge and has a first thickness in the transverse direction of the centre web. A second profile section adjoins the first profile section, and the second profile section forms the end of the sealing profile that is remote from the centre web and has a second thickness in the transverse direction of the centre web, the second thickness being smaller than the first thickness.
