Automated drywall planning system and method
An automated drywalling system network that including one or more automated drywalling systems that each has a robotic arm. The automated drywalling system network can also include a computational planner that generates instructions for the one or more automated drywalling systems to perform two or more drywalling tasks associated with a target wall assembly. The two or more drywalling tasks can include a hanging task that includes hanging pieces of drywall on studs of the target wall assembly; a mudding task that includes applying joint compound to pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly; a sanding task that includes sanding joint compound applied to the pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly; and a painting task that includes painting sanded the joint compound applied to the pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly.
DUAL ROLLER APPLICATOR FOR SEAM TAPE
A one-handed tool for use in application of seam tape or seaming tape. The device has a frame with an upper support with an ergonomic grip, with a finger guard or shield extending across the front of the grip to protect the user’s fingers. A primary roller support and a secondary roller support extend downward from upper support. Each roller support comprises a pair of parallel arms extending downward at angles behind and in front of the upper support when in use, supporting a primary roller and a secondary roller, respectively. The primary roller is used to apply pressure to the seaming tape, while the secondary roller is used for stability and to apply additional pressure to the edges of the seaming tape.
Hand tool and method of construction
A metal hand tool including a handle attached to a blade piece and method of construction. The blade piece includes a blade opposite an elongated tang. The handle is made up of two, welded, symmetrical handle halves, each handle half having an opening for receiving a hang hole piece and a notched distal end for forming a handle opening to receive the blade piece elongated tang. In an embodiment, the handle includes a curved distal end accommodating a curved welded connection between the blade piece and the handle. The hand tool further includes a hang hole piece configured for placement through the hang hole openings in the handle and for welded connection to the handle. In an embodiment, the elongated tang includes a hang hole opening through which the hang hole extends. Some embodiments further include one or more tang guide pieces welded to the interior of the handle.
Drywall joint tool
A drywall joint tool includes a housing with upper and lower surfaces and an interior. A drivetrain is mounted in said interior and originates at a drive input shaft. The drivetrain reduces the rotational speed and increases the torque force from the drive input shaft to multiple rollers depending downwardly from the housing lower surface. A guide fence also depends downwardly from the housing lower surface and includes a guide wall. The spacing between the guide rollers in the guide wall correspondence to nominal and compressed thicknesses of a gypsum board panel along a cut edge traversed by the tool. In an alternative embodiment, four guide rollers are provided.

Drywall knife holster
A drywall knife holster includes a belt hook, a back member and a knife holder. The back member couples with the belt hook. The knife holder couples with the back member through an upwardly facing U-bend that biases a pinch region of the knife holder toward the back member. Inserting a drywall knife blade between the knife holder and the back member, and seating a leading edge of the drywall knife blade within the U-bend, causes the pinch region of the knife holder to urge a handle of the drywall knife into contact with the back member. The back member and the knife holder may form a holster portion that couples with the belt hook through a swiveling connector. The holster may continue past the pinch region to form a second drywall knife holder and/or a loop member to accommodate a different tool.
Versatile drywall compound tool
A versatile compound tool for forming wall board compounds comprises a handle assembly having a handle along a first end and an extension along the second end. The extension along the second end of the handle assembly further includes a connection feature for selectively securing a first implement thereto, the first implement configured for performing a first function of forming wall board compounds. The versatile compound tool further comprises one or more subsequent implements selectively securable to the second end of the handle assembly for performing second and additional functions of forming wall board compounds.
Hand-held three-dimensional drawing device
An apparatus including a three-dimensional (3D) drawing pen can permit a user to draw in free space to form a 3D object. The 3D drawing pen can include a housing, an actuator, and a nozzle assembly. The housing is configured to receive material therein and fit in a user's hand. The actuator is coupled to the housing and is configured to control a movement of the material. The nozzle assembly is configured to permit the material to be extruded to permit the user to form the three-dimensional object.
PREP TOOL
A tool is provided that includes unitary plate that includes a blade portion and a tang portion. The blade portion can include an edge. The tang portion can include a positioning hole, a first hole, a slot, a second hole, a rivet hole, and one or more teeth (also referred to as one or more barbs) on a side of the tang portion. The tool can further include a hilt member which includes a through passage, a tab, and a notch. The tool includes an overlay on a body to create a handle for gripping the tool. The tool further includes a hammerhead cap on an end of the body, the hammerhead cap is coupled to the handle with a rivet through the rivet hole.
