Cement siding tolerance device and measurement tool
A cement siding tolerance device and measurement tool, which has a main panel having a tab and a ridge, whereby the tab and the ridge perpendicularly extend from the main panel at opposite sides. The main panel has a front face, a rear face, a top edge, a bottom edge, first and second lateral edges, and a plurality of holes. The main panel has ruler-markings adjacent to the first and second lateral edges. The main panel is rectangular in shape. The tab perpendicularly extends from the front face separated a predetermined distance from the bottom edge, and the ridge perpendicularly extends from the bottom edge at the rear face. The tab and the ridge measure clearances and gaps between siding and trim products with solid surfaces building elements.
Drywall joint tool
A drywall joint tool includes a housing with upper and lower surfaces and an interior. A drivetrain is mounted in said interior and originates at a drive input shaft. The drivetrain reduces the rotational speed and increases the torque force from the drive input shaft to multiple rollers depending downwardly from the housing lower surface. A guide fence also depends downwardly from the housing lower surface and includes a guide wall. The spacing between the guide rollers in the guide wall correspondence to nominal and compressed thicknesses of a gypsum board panel along a cut edge traversed by the tool. In an alternative embodiment, four guide rollers are provided.
CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK
A construction system for construction work is applied to set up a construction object on a target position, and includes a carrier device, a coating structure, and a setup structure. A feed structure is arranged on the carrier device and is used to provide an intermediate material. The coating structure is used to coat the target position with the intermediate material. The setup structure is used to set up the construction object on the target position via the intermediate material.
Grout leveler tool
A grout removal tool has a first long grout scraping board with an elongate through slot and a second long grout scraping board having at least two drill holes aligned with the slot for accepting screw bolts, the boards held together by screw bolts and wingnuts the boards adjustable to extend the overall working length of the tool. The tool further including a depth adjustment block mounted to one of the grout scraping boards, the block installed over threaded posts seated into the end of the host scraping board and extending through an elongate slot or slots with wingnuts, the depth adjustment block adjustable to preserve an offset dimension leveraged by an operator to remove excess grout from around a fixed feature by placing the offset block down on top of the fixed feature and removing grout around the feature according to the offset dimension.
Ceiling tile ladder attachment device
The ceiling tile ladder attachment device holds ceiling tiles while a user is working on a ladder to install or replace the tiles in the ceiling, in addition to storing tiles that have to be removed from the ceiling and held for re-installation after performing other maintenance above the tiles. The ceiling tile ladder attachment device includes a rectangular wire rack that attaches to the back side of a ladder. The wire rack has a hook part on the back side. The hook part preferably attaches to the wire rack in two places to prevent the wire rack from swinging or slipping on the ladder. The hook part includes adjustable hook points for different styles and sizes of step ladders. The user can attach the ceiling tile ladder attachment device to the backside of the ladder using the hook part.

Tool for verifying the leveling of vinyl siding at corner locations
A vinyl siding alignment tool for verifying the alignment of vinyl siding panels around the exterior of a building. The tool is configured to verify the alignment of the panels around a corner post regardless of whether it is an acute or obtuse angle. The tool is fitted with a leveling means for providing immediate feedback to the installer. The tool further comprises a handle and a support means for providing a balanced weight about the center of gravity, making the tool easy to use with very little effort. The tool is versatile in that it allows the user to verify alignment about an interior angle using two distinct methods.
SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR LEVELING AND ALIGNING TILES AND METHOD FOR USE OF SAME
A system and device for leveling and aligning tiles and a method for leveling and aligning tiles are disclosed. In one embodiment of the tile leveling system, a tile leveling device includes an upright body having a head and base at opposite ends thereof. The base and the upright body are integral prior to a frangible separation. The tile leveling device is selectively threaded through a line-of-sight opening of a wedge device for use in an operational configuration.
Siding panel with a recessed locking section
A siding panel includes a hanger section adjacent to an upper edge and a lower locking section adjacent to a lower edge. When installed, the lower locking section of an upper siding panel partially overlaps, extends into, and interlocks with a hanger section of a lower siding panel in an interference fit.
Levelling spacer device
A levelling spacer device for the laying of slab-shaped products for coating surfaces, including at least one base having a lower surface and an opposite upper surface defining a support plane for two slab-shaped products placed side by side, a spacer bridge perimetrically delimiting a through opening adapted to be crossed by a pressure wedge along a crossing direction, wherein the bridge has at least two legs placed side by side between each other along a flanking direction orthogonal to the crossing direction and each one projecting from a respective portion of the upper surface of the base, in a direction orthogonal thereto, wherein each leg of the bridge is frangibly connected to the respective base portion, and a crosspiece, which joins the top of the two legs along the flanking direction, wherein each leg has an inner sidewall and an opposite outer sidewall converging on each other.
