MODULAR STAIRCASE SYSTEMS
Systems and methods for constructing staircases are described herein. The systems include a stringer hanger bracket for coupling a stair stringer of the staircase to an upper floor, two or more tread support structures and a jig. Each tread support structure is configured to couple a tread to the stair stringer. The jig is configured to determine a mounting position of each of the tread support structures on the stair stringer, determine a mounting position of each of the tread support structures on the stair stringer and/or determine a length of the stair stringer.
System and method for automating construction and installation of surfaces in construction
A system and method for automating construction that includes collecting a multi-dimensional point cloud measurement of at least one construction structure that includes at least one surface; generating a construction plan from the multi-dimensional point cloud measurement, wherein the construction plan defines an assembly arrangement of a set of parts; from the construction plan, automatically generating a cut list for a subset of parts; communicating the cut list to a cutting device; and at the cutting device, cutting a set of materials according to the cut list.
STAIRCASE HANDRAIL SUPPORT DEVICE
A staircase handrail support device removably connected to a staircase to facilitate installation of a handrail, the staircase handrail support device including a telescopic pole, a base connected to at least a portion of a first end of the telescopic pole to stabilize the telescopic pole on the staircase, a first miter gauge pivotally disposed on at least a portion of the first end of the telescopic pole to indicate a first angle of the telescopic pole with respect to the base, and a second miter gauge pivotally disposed on at least a portion of a second end of the telescopic pole to receive the handrail thereon and indicate a second angle of the telescopic pole with respect to the second miter gauge.

Stair Step Jig Assembly
A stair step jig assembly for smoothing treads on concrete steps includes a jig that is elongated to a predetermined length to extend along a full length of a tread on a concrete step for smoothing the tread before the concrete has cured. A riser adjustment is hingedly coupled to the jig and the riser adjustment unit abuts a concrete form that is positioned against the riser of the step adjacent to the tread upon which the jig is positioned. A leg is hingedly coupled to the jig and the leg slidably engages the riser adjustment such that each of the leg, the riser adjustment and the jig forms a triangle. The leg has engages a top of the riser of the step adjacent to tread upon which the jig is positioned for keeping the jig at a fixed angle on the tread.
Handrail assembly jig
A handrail assembly jig is provided. The handrail assembly jig includes a vertical support having a first end and a second end. A planar base is affixed to the second end of the vertical support. A foot member is removably secured to the second end, wherein the foot member includes a planar foot base. A head member is slidably affixed to the vertical support at the first end. A clamp is removably secured to a lower side of the head member. An arm is pivotally secured to the second end, wherein the arm includes a slot therethrough. A securement device can be inserted through the slot to selectively raise and lower the arm relative to the vertical support.
