20250137266 · 2025-05-01 ·

Insulating floor system including (i) a grooved base layer formed from base layer grooved portions, (ii) a transverse peripheral edge rail formed from transverse peripheral edge rail portions, (iii) a parallel peripheral edge rail formed from parallel peripheral edge rail portions, and (iv) interior rails formed from interior rail portions. The base layer includes grooves in an upper surface. Each of the transverse peripheral edge rail portions include a plurality of downwardly projecting mating protrusions that mate within the base layer grooves. Each of the parallel peripheral edge rail portions include a downwardly projecting protrusion that mates within a peripheral groove of the base layer. At least one of the interior rails can be a locking rail, where locking rail portions defining the locking rail include a plurality of downwardly projecting mating protrusions that mate within terminal grooves of adjacent base layer grooved portions, locking such portions together.

A building slab pad in the form of a square plate is divided into four analogous sections, each section being formed by four linear projections on the top surface that run from the center of each edge and converge in the center of the pad. On each of the two side edges of the sections there is a trapezoidal protrusion respectively with a base narrower than the rest of the protrusion and a keyway respectively corresponding in shape to the protrusions, with two protrusions and two keyways alternating on each side edge of the pad. On the top surface there are linear top indentations running from the corners of the pad and converging in the center of the pad. On the underside are four linear bottom indentations running from the center of each edge to the center of the adjacent edge to form a square shape.

A combinable floor includes a body, at least one engaging part, at least one crushable portion, and a film. The crushable portion is located between the body and the engaging part. The crushable portion includes at least one groove. The groove has a groove bottom and a groove opening opposite to the groove bottom. The groove opening is set at the lower crushable-portion surface. The length direction of the groove follows the length direction of the body end side. The depth direction of the groove follows the thickness direction of the body. The distance between the groove bottom and the lower body surface is greater than half of the thickness of the body. The film covers and is attached to the upper body surface, the upper crushable-portion surface and the upper engaging-part surface.
