Multi-purpose tile system, tile covering, and tile
The invention relates to a multi-purpose tile system, in particular a floor tile system, comprising a plurality of multi-purpose tiles, in particular floor tiles, wall tiles, or ceiling tiles. The invention also relates to a tile covering, in particular floor covering, ceiling covering, or wall covering, consisting of mutually coupled tiles according to the invention. The invention further relates to a tile for use in multi-purpose tile system according to the invention.
FLOOR PANEL FOR FORMING A FLOOR COVERING
A floor panel for forming a floor covering, wherein this floor panel is at least composed of a substrate; wherein the floor panel, on at least one pair of opposite edges, comprises coupling parts, which coupling parts allow that two of such floor panels can be coupled to each other by means of a downward movement of one floor panel in respect to the other floor panel; wherein these coupling parts, in the coupled condition of two of such floor panels, form a first locking system, which effects a locking in a first direction perpendicular to the plane of the floor panels, and form a second locking system, which effects a locking in a second direction perpendicular to the edges and in the plane of the floor panels.
Floor panel for producing a covering
A floor panel includes male and female coupling means that are formed by at least one proximal groove that opens onto a lower face or upper face, respectively, of the panel and by a distal flexible tongue that extends from the end of the edge of the panel towards the lower face or upper face, respectively. The tongue has a proximal wall inclined at an angle with respect to a vertical plane towards the bottom and the outside of the panel and towards the top and the outside of the panel, respectively. The tongue of at least one of the male coupling means or female coupling means has a distal wall that includes, at least, a protrusion or a notch that is able to engage with a notch or a protrusion formed in or on a proximal wall of the proximal groove of the corresponding female coupling means or male coupling means so as to form an end stop, avoiding vertical movement of a panel with respect to an adjacent panel. The flexible tongue of the female coupling means comprises a chamfered part that forms an angle of between 2 and 20 with respect to the main plane of the panel.
WALL OR FLOOR COVERING ELEMENT
A covering element for walls, floors, ceilings or the outdoor area, including a carrier plate containing a mineral material, which carrier plate carries a polymer-containing decor layer on its front side, which covering element includes complementary recesses and protrusions extending at its lateral edges, wherein the recesses and protrusions are formed respectively on lateral edges facing away from each other, such that they engage each other when covering elements are situated next to each other, which recesses and protrusions are arranged in the carrier plate.

A panel, which, at two opposite edges, includes coupling parts that allow joining by a downward movement, the coupling parts including a male part that fits in a female part, wherein the male part comprises a laterally protruding lip with at a lower side a downward facing support surface.

The receiving hook has a hook periphery and a receiving recess. The arresting hook has an arresting recess, an arresting shoulder, a transverse-joint surface and a vertically acting arresting contour. The receiving hook also has a transverse-joint surface and a form-fitting contour. The arresting hook also has a horizontal locking surface on its arresting shoulder. The receiving hook also has a horizontal locking surface in the receiving recess and contains a receiving opening.
