Building assembly system and associated method

A building assembly system for fabricating a multi-story building is described, wherein the building includes a vertical support core arranged on a base. Lift jacks are arranged between a top portion and a bottom portion of the vertical support core, and a reusable bridle is suspended from the plurality of lift jacks and slidably arranged on the vertical support core. A floor plate is assembled onto the bridle at an assembly level that is proximal to the base. The plurality of the lift jacks are operable to lift the bridle and the assembled floor plate to a design elevation on the vertical support core, and are operable to lower the bridle to the assembly level on the vertical support core after the floor plate has been secured to the vertical support core at the design elevation.

A scaffolding crossbar having at least two, in particular at least three crossbar coupling elements at one end. The crossbar coupling elements can be designed to be the same. The crossbar coupling elements are designed preferably in the form of receiving openings. The crossbar coupling elements serve to detachably secure diagonal piece coupling elements. The scaffolding according to the invention, having a scaffolding crossbar of this type, has a diagonal scaffolding piece with a first diagonal piece coupling element at one end and a second diagonal piece coupling element at the other end. The first diagonal piece coupling element can be designed differently from the second diagonal piece coupling element, wherein the crossbar coupling elements are designed preferably for connecting both diagonal piece coupling elements. The scaffolding can thereby be designed such that it is optionally partially or completely particularly torsion resistant.

The method of detecting an erection of a scaffold comprises: providing scaffold components, attaching RFID elements to the scaffold components, wherein article master data relating to the associated scaffold component are stored in the RFID elements, providing a portable RFID reader designed for reading out the article master data stored in the RFID elements within its detection range, providing a computer unit communicating with the RFID reader, erecting the scaffold with the scaffold components by scaffolders equipped with the RFID reader, reading out the article master data stored in the RFID elements during the erection of the scaffold and transmitting the read-out article master data to the computer unit, identifying the scaffold components used for the erection of the scaffold and their mutual connection from the received article master data and creating a virtual image of the scaffold from the identified scaffold components using the computer unit.
