Building assembly system and associated method
A building assembly system for fabricating a multi-story building is described, wherein the building includes a vertical support core arranged on a base. Lift jacks are arranged between a top portion and a bottom portion of the vertical support core, and a reusable bridle is suspended from the plurality of lift jacks and slidably arranged on the vertical support core. A floor plate is assembled onto the bridle at an assembly level that is proximal to the base. The plurality of the lift jacks are operable to lift the bridle and the assembled floor plate to a design elevation on the vertical support core, and are operable to lower the bridle to the assembly level on the vertical support core after the floor plate has been secured to the vertical support core at the design elevation.

Scaffolding
A scaffolding assembly adapted to be releasably attached to an elongate support member such as an overhead pipe. The scaffolding assembly has a split collar and a platform assembly adapted to be releasably attached to the split collar. The split collar comprises at least two segments which can encircle the pipe and be secured to one another. The platform assembly which includes a platform deck has a connector formation which extends laterally outwardly from the deck to an extent that it can engage a receiving formation on the collar assembly and thereby attach the platform assembly to the collar assembly.
Standing seam roof panel anchor
A roofing anchor configured to be removably secured to a seam of a roofing panel includes a first segment having a first flange configured to contact a first side of the seam upon closing the roofing anchor, and a second segment opposing the first segment, the second segment having a second flange opposite the first flange, the second flange configured to contact a second side of the seam upon closing the roofing anchor. The roofing anchor also includes a hinge mechanism configured to open the roofing anchor to separate the first flange and the second flange by a distance greater than at least a top of the seam, and to close the roofing anchor to bring the first flange and the second flange in contact with the seam. The roofing anchor further includes a securing mechanism configured to apply a compressive force on the seam.
Modular Fall Protection System
A modular fall protection system has an adjustable frame that can be mounted onto an external structure and used to support the weight of a user who has fallen. The adjustable frame has a length-adjustable mast, set of connective braces, and an anchor point. The length-adjustable mast is a telescoping post that can be extended or collapsed to provide fall protection to the user at various heights. The connective braces extend between the length-adjustable mast and the external structure and are used to maintain the length-adjustable mast in an orientation that facilitates suspending the user in the air after a fall. The anchor point enables the user to be tethered to the length-adjustable post. Preferably, the system has a detachable walkway and handrail that can be mounted onto the adjustable frame and provide fall protection in a variety of situations.
Scaffold Bracket
Various implementations described herein are directed to a scaffold bracket. In one implementation, the scaffold bracket may include a mounting bracket having a first face and a second face opposite of the first face. The scaffold bracket may also include a first scaffolding node attached to the first face and configured to couple to a first member. The scaffold bracket may further include a second scaffolding node attached to the first face and configured to couple to a second member.
Post connection adapter
A post connection adapter for detachably fastening a scaffolding post to a support includes a fastening body having first and second fastening-body fasteners in first and second fastening-body fastening positions, respectively, and detachably fastenable to the support selectively by the first or second fastener. The first and second positions have a fastening position distance between each other of 72 mm. The post connection adapter includes a post connection body extending toward the post connection body axis and fastened to the fastening body. An imaginary center plane containing an imaginary center point between the first and second positions is offset by 20 mm perpendicular to the center plane and to the post connection body axis, with respect to a post connection body axis plane extending parallel to the center plane and containing the post connection body axis. A device has two identical post connection adapters detachably fastened to a support.
Support frame and method of use
The present invention relates to a support frame for use with an edge protection system for elevated structures, such as building rooves. The support frame includes a first frame portion and a second frame portion mounted together so as to be axially slidable relative one another between an extended position for locating a post of the edge protection system alongside a roof edge of a building and a retracted position. The support frame further includes a coupling mount extending from an uppermost frame member for coupling to a portion of the building adjacent the roof edge and for receiving and supporting the post in an upright position alongside the roof edge of the building.
Climbing device having a climbing rail
A climbing device is proposed having at least one climbing rail (14) for adjusting and/or climbing a scaffolding and/or a formwork and/or a platform, at least one climbing shoe (15, 16) being arranged on the climbing rail (14), at least one hydraulic cylinder (2) comprising at least one drive piston (10), arranged in a cylinder housing (12), and having a hydraulic fluid being provided for raising the climbing shoe (15, 16) and/or the climbing rail (14) and/or the scaffolding and/or the formwork and/or the platform, which at least partially avoids or at least reduces the disadvantages of the prior art. According to the invention this is achieved in that the hydraulic cylinder (2) is embodied as a hydraulic unit (1), the hydraulic unit (1) comprising at least one hydraulic tank (5) for storing hydraulic fluid, an electric motor (3) and a hydraulic pump (4) driven by the electric motor (3) for pressurizing the hydraulic fluid.
