Utility Scaffold Device
The present invention relates to a novel utility scaffold device. The device is a multifunctional scaffolding featuring a set of detachable steps and a slide locking gate. The utility scaffold device comprises a base component which is a workspace that is approximately six feet in length and three feet wide. Further, a horizontal bar positioned around the base component is secured by four vertical bars, to provide a handrail for the user. Additionally, four vertical legs are secured on the underside of the base component with a large wheel at each end for facilitating movement over any type of terrain. The base component also comprises a locking gate that provides entrance to the base component and a set of detachable stairs in front of the gate to allow a user to easily enter and exit the device.
Modular Fall Protection System
A modular fall protection system has an adjustable frame that can be mounted onto an external structure and used to support the weight of a user who has fallen. The adjustable frame has a length-adjustable mast, set of connective braces, and an anchor point. The length-adjustable mast is a telescoping post that can be extended or collapsed to provide fall protection to the user at various heights. The connective braces extend between the length-adjustable mast and the external structure and are used to maintain the length-adjustable mast in an orientation that facilitates suspending the user in the air after a fall. The anchor point enables the user to be tethered to the length-adjustable post. Preferably, the system has a detachable walkway and handrail that can be mounted onto the adjustable frame and provide fall protection in a variety of situations.

Telescopic ladder assembly
A telescopically extendable and collapsible ladder assembly includes a top ladder section, a bottom ladder section, and one or more intermediate ladder sections. The assembly may include sliding automatic release actuators, having a slanted actuating surface for interaction with actuator surfaces of spacers provided at each end of a rung of an adjacent ladder section, such that, when a rung is moved towards the rung of an adjacent lower ladder section, the activation surfaces of the spacers push the release actuators into an unlocking position and subsequently position the rung at an anti-finger pinching distance. The top rung of the bottom ladder section may be provided with a centrally arranged grip element that forms a housing for manually operable release actuators provided at the bottom side of the rung.

Method for providing and assembling scaffolding units, each of which will be assembled from individual scaffolding components for constructing an industrial plant, in particular a petroleum refinery
A method for providing and assembling scaffolding units, each of which will be assembled from individual scaffolding components (of a scaffolding system) for constructing an industrial plant, in particular a petroleum refinery, comprising the following steps: Providing a 3D construction plan of the industrial plant; Constructing schedule for the industrial plant in order of occurrence, Selecting and drawing of scaffolding units to be used in the individual sections or phases of construction of the industrial plant in the 3D construction plan; Specifying the erection time required to erect the scaffolding unit; Specifying the dismantling time required to dismantle unit; Dividing the construction schedule into time intervals; Calculating for every single time interval, while taking into consideration the erection and dismantling times of the scaffolding units, the respective number of scaffolding components of identical design which are used simultaneously; Determining the maximum number of scaffolding components of the design which are used simultaneously across all time intervals; Providing the maximum number of scaffolding components of design alone and including a defined number of a buffer of scaffolding components of design; assembly of the scaffolding units to be used in a respective phase of construction from the scaffolding components each required for this purpose on-site at a point in time chosen in dependency of the specified erection time each at the latest prior to a start of construction in the respective section of construction specified in the construction schedule.
