A clip configured for compressive engagement of fabric to pipe or similar elongated members such as those of a scaffold. The clip has a body with opposing sidewalls separated by a gap. The sidewalls are formed of elastic or flexible material which will temporarily deflect to temporarily increase the diameter of the gap, to allow passage of the pipe through the gap. The sidewalls thereafter return to the original position wherein interior surfaces of the sidewalls and an axial cavity of the body compressively engage with the pipe and any fabric adjacent thereto to hold the fabric in a compressive, sandwiched engagement between the clip and the pipe.

A method of installing a vaporizer in a remote manufacturing yard is provided. The method can include the steps of obtaining a lower stage and an upper stage of a vaporizer; obtaining a first column section and a second column section; installing the lower stage to a bottom head such that the lower stage is in fluid communication with an inner volume of the bottom head; installing the first column section over and around the lower stage and fitting and welding a bottom of the first column section to the bottom head; installing the upper stage; and installing the second column section and fitting and welding a bottom of the second course to the first course.

Containment Shroud System

An apparatus and method for the containment of vertical structures using a flexible, collapsible, and movable shroud. The shroud containment system protects the surrounding environment by catching liquid and solid debris and contaminants from the inside and protects the enshrouded structure and workers from wind, debris, contaminants, and precipitation on the outside as well as providing enhanced protection against falling persons and equipment. The shroud also conceals the vertical structure in whole or in part and greatly eases the setup, takedown, and relocation of the shroud along the axis of the vertical structure due to its modular, impermanent design and method of erection, collapse, and translation.

Yard leveling base and method of using the same

A yard leveling base for leveling a column during assembly is provided. The yard leveling base is configured to allow for a packed column section of a column to be placed on a top surface of the yard leveling base, the yard leveling base can further include a bottom surface configured to maintain substantial contact with the ground of a remote manufacturing yard, wherein the yard leveling base is adapted to adjust the level of the top surface of the yard leveling base to account for unevenness or slope of the ground of the remote manufacturing yard.
