A cement form assembly includes cement and a cement form. The cement form can include a ground facing surface extending horizontally on a ground support surface and a cement facing surface extending vertically and contacting the cement. An extension member extends outward from the cement form and includes a surface that extends the ground facing surface or the cement facing surface. The cement form and the extension member are each made, at least partially, of a foam material.

A formwork system (100) includes a rebate board (105) having a generally L shaped profile in end view, the rebate board (105) having a first arm (110) and a second arm (120), the first and second arms (120) being angled at about 90 degrees relative to each other, the second arm (120) being securable to an upper portion of a formwork bottom board (200). The system (100) includes a brace (400) having a first engagement formation (410) configured to engage with the first arm (110), and a second engagement formation (435) configured to engage with a peg (220) or other fixed member.

The disclosure presents a composite concrete structure formwork which comprises stay in place fiberglass profiles and reinforcement to form various building and shelter structures. The structures include an interior container maintained at a set distance within an exterior container to form a void. The void is filled with wet concrete which is allowed to cure. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.

The disclosure presents a reconfigurable composite floor formwork which defined by a plurality of interlocking fiberglass panels formed into profiles which may be moved and adapted to provide a concrete form for a floor or ceiling. Stay-in-place forms and methods and equipment for installing thereof. A concrete form includes a vertical component and a horizontal component, the vertical component located substantially perpendicular to the horizontal component. Also, the form includes an interior surface, at least a portion of the interior surface providing a form for supporting uncured concrete; wherein the uncured concrete forms a concrete structural portion upon curing of the uncured concrete; and wherein the interior surface remains attached to the concrete structural portion after curing. The form may include inserts and compatible form attachments. Also, forms including recesses may be utilized to reduce the weight thereof. Lifting equipment and accessories may be utilized to lift the form from a form holder and set same in place. Forms contain the work area as soon as it is installed to minimize fall hazards and the time, costs, and downtime associated with installation of safety measures.

There is currently a demand for buildings that can be formed both quickly and economically. These buildings require the addition of heat insulation to walls or roofs because the materials from which they are otherwise formed have insufficient ability to protect against the cold. This can add undesirable expense and slow down production rates. A method is disclosed of forming a building that addresses this problem. The method comprises arranging a door frame, window frame or edge support frame at a mould and spraying a first spray material onto the outside of the mould so that the spray material sets generally in the shape of the mould and substantially embeds the frame. The first material and the frame is removed from the mould and a second different spray material is sprayed onto the first spray material to provide a skin therefor.
